They have no proof of this and said that they have heard that there were over 10 calls to the police about the condo being a meth lab. They charged my parents 990.00 to move half of their items to their storage unit. They also charged her for 31 one items including using blankets to cover their items which they did not do. What they did take to the storage unit, they just threw it in there and didn't help manage the space and then told my parents that they were going to have to get another storage unit.

I provided a dozen moving blankets provided by U-Haul that they utterly failed to utilize. Not only are one of my dressers completely destroyed (it's in the garbage as we speak), The other one suffered major scratches and chips also. Not a single one of the moving blankets I provided were wrapped around these items. To make things even worse, they packed every single heavy box that I had on top of these dressers. They also thought it would be smart to pack my bedframe in between my sectional. This caused tears and rubbing on my couch. There is also red stains on my couch from what I am assuming is the strawberry lemonade that I also found packed in my U-Haul. I confided and trusted this company to move my items with care, which was heavily neglected. Not only were they slow to respond to my claims after I sent pictures through email, they had the audacity to tell me it could have been from the way that I was driving. I am no professional mover, but I highly doubt driving a U-Haul at 45 mph will cause a dresser to completely collapse and a couch to rip. Apparently the bed frame "just happened to be in between the sectional it wasn't packed that way". This company has no accountability or responsibility. Instead of refunding me my move or perhaps even paying to get my couch fixed and replacing my dresser, they went the "it's not our problem" route. Apparently the way that they pack things they just expect it to teleport to your desired location in mint condition. Considering this is an LLC and and a family ran business, they desperately need to hire employees with empathy, intelligence and perhaps two eyes and open ears? Just a suggestion.
