I found Kim at a bridal expo in 2019. Right away, I was captivated by her radiant energy, her knowledge and passion for her job. I left that expo with her contact information and emailed her October 2019 to start the Honeymoon planning. Kim is a miracle worker! She had immediate comparable side by side cruise quotes for our destination, Tahiti. She took every idea I had and put it into our travel plan. She thought of everything from timing, transfers, air and hotel. Come 2020, Covid-19 hit and we decided to postpone our wedding along with our honeymoon. Kim made it so easy and simple to re-book our honeymoon in 2021. Along the way, our chosen cruise line canceled our trip so Kim had to start from scratch but she was so quick to react. She has about a 24 hour turnaround time! She keeps me in communication the entire time, we call, text and email. Fast forward to October 26, 2021, my husband and I go off on our honeymoon. We met Kim at the LA Bride Sow at the LA Convention Center and were married in Costa Rica, April 2019. While Kim had strong connections to Sandals, we ultimately decided to go with a non-resort wedding. With nearly 100 guests in attendance, Kim was the main point of contact for hotels, transportation to and from the airport, as well as tours. A great thing about working with Kim is the ability to reserve activities in advance using credit cards and giving guest the ability to pay over time for those who needed it vs. wiring cash overseas. Regarding the wedding, during the planning period, Kim was the main communicator to the Chef, and did great in conveying what was most important to us. Ex: a full dessert bar was a MUST - see photo:) This also included gathering quotes before we ultimately decided to go with Chef Manuele Fratini. My wife raves about Kim being so warm and bubbly over the phone and making her feel like she really cared. A friend referred me to Kim and she was able to plan a perfect last-minute honeymoon to Costa Rica! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kim and this company. I met her at a bridal convention pre covid, and booked our honeymoon through her for sandals St. Lucia for June 2020. Then the world turned upside down. She helped us to change our honeymoon to June 2021. She helped us book and change our flights, get insurance so none of the changes cost us anything and protected us from hurricanes (good thing too as hurricane Elsa hit St. Lucia two days after we left!) As we approached our honeymoon, she helped us with covid requirements, and even answered questions while on a trip herself. She was very available and always got back to me when I had questions. Not only did she do a fantastic job with our honeymoon, we won an addition free trip. Although she did not make an commission from that, she was still willing to help us with questions on that trip! I found out about the opportunity to go to Belize with only two weeks notice. Kim went above and beyond to book business class flights for me, staying at the same hotel as my friend, and adding on excursions last minute. She did multiple searches for me as I asked about different flight times and airlines, having her check different dates, and multiple hotels. One of our best vacations so far! My husband and I always wondered what a Sandals Resort vacation would be like from seeing the commercials on t.v. Kim had approached me and said that she was holding a Sandals presentation. We went and we booked Montego Bay in Jamaica that week. Kim handled everything from resort to flight to excursions.
