Kimberly spent the next hour helping me figure out what fit best for me and help determine what size I actually am. I ended up exchanging the bra I had ordered for something else and she applied the same promotions I had used to save me some money since none of the bras were on sale like they had been the week before. I went to the store several days later and was given a reasonable wait time. While browsing, a man, whom I now know is the owner, approached my friend and said he heard me ask about getting measured for a bra and wanted to make sure I was going to buy one. REALLY? What an utterly rude and base inquiry. Couldn't you think of anything better to say to a potentially new customer? The customer service is just awful - very self impressed crew.
