The staff here is rude and unfriendly & won't help with any returns not even if they have a receipt. Would not be coming here again .

I was a bit reluctant walking in, after all it is yoga clothing! Not that I have anything against it, just a lifestyle I haven't associated with myself yet, though on the few occasions i have, it has been painful :-) The store is well laid out and was lucky to find running clothes right at the entrance. The customer service was great, very knowledgeable and patient since I was totally unfamiliar with the LuLu line of clothing. Amy was extremely helpful picking the right shirts for running in this cold weather. Planning to try out the "run" today and see how they feel. read more

I just made a return of unworn leggings and the lady who took the return made me feel very uncomfortable. Very Unfriendly and way too many questions about wether they had been worn or washed and then inspected to the ninth degree. I get you have to check it over but most stores do so in a much more friendly manner! I felt like I was trying to swindle them I think their customer service could be improved! Lululemon used to stand behind their products and the team in Greenwich supported them in this. Recently, however, that has not been the case. My kids bought me a couple of pairs of athletic shorts and the drawstrings on both of them broke immediately. When we brought them back to the store, the staff was rude and refused to assist. This store is amazing. I was ready to drive up to Canada to visit Lululemon (a brand I had heard so much about), but then they opened a location in Greenwich just a few years ago. There are such wonderful people working in this store. They know their products, give genuine recommendations on apparel, and even take note of your name when you're trying things on. This Lulu location in Greenwich is small but carries enough of the essentials. I like the selection they offer but wished they would carry more sizes! Finding a size 2 or 4 top is tough. The sales associates are really helpful in finding your size online or at another store and having it shipped to your home. read more

While I love lululemon products and refuse to work out in anything else, I was really disappointed with the service here. I stopped in with some of my family after lunch one Saturday, and all three of us were ignored. I know for a fact that lululemon employees are trained to greet you, stop and talk to you about the product (or anything really), and everyone here basically avoided eye contact. Perhaps some of us didn't look like the stereotypical lululemon wearer, but if that's reason that no one even bothered to greet us, then that is really sad and goes against everything lululemon stands for. read more

I'm a Lululemon fiend! This is one of the most beautiful stores I have ever seen! Love the different layout. It's not like the other stores. The ambassador board is up when you walk in the door. Music is pumping. Employees are happy & personable. Lots of product on the floor. Store is clean & shoppable. read more

Very nice store! Overall, Lululemon has a nice selection of workout clothes. Although it is at times tough to reconcile the fact that yoga is a practice of minimal materialism, I find that Lululemon has tapped into an athletic trend. This is an admirable business model. Despite the recent controversy over who should be wearing Lululemon, I stand on the side that the current clothing line is designed for athletes. Why would anyone have an issue with a marketing demographic? Granted, there are some women who do not have an athletic figure, but that doesn't mean that a designer should be compelled to move outside of their intended market in order to cater to a small demographic. Athletic wear is a business niche. Deal with it! Lululemon, you have a beautiful line of ATHLETIC wear. read more

Made my first Lulu purchase today and I am so pleased with the experience that I had. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted. I immediately told her I know nothing about Lulu and I will need help. I was pointed in the direction of items that will work for both Crossfit and running. The lady in the back working the dressing rooms (Meg...I think) was so nice. I must have made four trips in and out of dressing rooms and each time she was just as pleasant as the first. No one was pushy or overly eager. They were just a really friendly bunch. Needless to say I made some good purchases and would definitely make the drive (from New Haven it takes 45 minutes) again. First and foremost, Lululemon is great, their products are outstanding and worth the cost. That said, the Greenwich location needs to get their act together. No one greets you there and you have to try and figure out which one is an employee to get help. Regardless, around Thanksgiving, I decided to go gift shopping and purchased 3 jackets and 2 pairs of tights totaling over $500, I went twice over that weekend. Again, in my opinion, the product is well worth it. At checkout, both times I asked for boxes for these gift purchases, I was informed they didnt have any boxes but they were on order and to call later in the week. I called later that week and was told that they were coming in that day and to call later, I called later and the salesperson states they are coming in the next day, to call again then. I call again and again.... THIS WENT ON FOR 3 WEEKS. Finally, before Xmas, during one of my calls I asked why they were giving me the runaround with boxes, the salesperson states over the phone that they did get boxes in, only small ones, and I could come in and they would give me one. I stated I have 5 gifts I purchased, the salesperson said that I would have to bring in my receipts (which I have) and they would give me 2 boxes. HUH?! At that point I gave up. It was no longer worth buying presents at Lulu. So Right before Xmas, I am in NYC and spot a Lulu store on 3rd Ave. I went in and was greeted and I asked for boxes, they simply asked how many I needed. After receiving the boxes, I told them the story above. The salespeople laughed at the silliness of Greenwich and the 3rd avenue store manager actually apologized for the Greenwich locations behavior (which reminds me, I have to give them a 5 star rating and I didnt even buy anything from them). The convenience of having a Lulu store in your own town is great but if it means no one helping you at the store, getting the runaround and being hassled, I think I may only buy Lululemon products when I am back in New York City. read more

Love this store. I have been shopping here for a couple of years for clothes for the gym and for running. I was originally hesitant to go in because most of the stuff was geared toward yoga - or so I thought. However the staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the clothes, materials and fit. I saw a few things I liked and tried them on, and I was sold before I even left the dressing room. ALL of the clothes are really comfortable and soft, and they are somehow cut to really fit your body in just the right way to accentuate the good parts (and in my case make you look deceivingly a bit better than you are) Most of the materials are wicking and will dry quickly if you are working up a sweat. I just started yoga 4 weeks ago, and as you would guess, this is really comfortable stuff to do that in. But like I said above, I usually wear it to the gym when I lift weights and when I do my cardio....but a lot of it is also sharp enough to wear around on weekends or to a ball game or something. They will also hem your pants and tops at no charge. So if you have short legs or a short torso or some other unique feature, they will still make you look good. read more

Usually I get frustrated when going into any lulu store because of the wide variety of sizes and styles. Today I was helped by a wonderful sales woman named Lauren who gave me her favorites to try on. She was great! She was able to juggle a busy Saturday afternoon of customers while giving me all the attention I needed. I would definitely go back for all my lulu needs! read more

Wonderful store!!! It's clean and everyone was extremely helpful. They all seem to wear the line so they know it well. They were able to answer all of my questions and even demonstrated how to wear certain garments. Very attentive staff!!! Superb customer service. read more
