I selected a bouquet and requested a box or vase, and the staff asked if the person receiving the flowers doesn't have a vase. It's just more convenient to have a box or vase with the arrangement since you don't want the person receiving it to look for one, and what if they don't have a vase? I asked if they could just make a similar arrangement so I can include a box or vase with it.
