I attended a fashion show and auction hosted by The Las Vegas Fashion Council. There was an open bar, a DJ, and a nice looking outside area. Parking is private and there appeared to be plenty of it. The venue has space upstairs that can be accessed via a dramatic winding staircase or elevators. This is where the models got dressed and also made their entrances. There are high ceilings and lots of little design details. Plenty of space and opportunities here for weddings and parties. No complaints. read more

The venue was absolutely amazing. They're communicative and the whole day actually felt like a theatre production. Karli and Bri have been extremely helpful leading up to the day. The coordinator Kelly was just like a stage manager. The dj was able to accommodate my very weird requests. He helped run a raffle at the end of the night which the raffle sent people home with the decorations I have brought in. Less items for me to take home. read more

Attended a wedding ceremony and reception here. Beautiful little venue. Nice outdoor wedding ceremony set up. Only thing was one side was under the beaming hot sun. Most the guests had to try and find somewhere shaded that were away from the seats. The reception banquet room was spacious. The bartenders and servers were great. The food was good. We attended a Wedding here and I must say that this was the perfect Venue for a Wedding! The outdoor seating and wedding decor was nice and classy. Unfortunately, it was freezing in Vegas which was unfortunate weather for this time of year but, it was still a nice turn-out. The reception hall inside was stunning and had a great vibe. The temp inside was perfect as it wasn't too hot nor cold. The buffet style setup was yummy!!! Everything was cooked perfectly with the right spices. I really enjoyed myself as the food and the service was awesome! The staff were all very professional and catering every step of the way passing out Hors D'oeuvre. Maybe one day, I'll have a chance to attend another Wedding here ( or any event held here) as it, was perfect for a Vegas Wedding. I don't even know where to begin. I had the hardest time finding a venue for our wedding day. I went to every single venue vegas has to offer and nothing is beautiful inside and out except Emerald. I have to admit there are many venues that have a gorgeous venue inside but they are in the middle of nowhere or in an area that I didn't want my guests in!! After touring the venue we booked 2 years early, we bothered Bree at least once a month lol. I probably have emailed her over 100 times and she put up with me. She was so sweet and had an answer to all of our questions. We were able to attend the open house and meet vendors as well as taste the food which my guests have been telling me was really good. I felt so confident hiring the vendors that were recommend through Emerald. It felt like I didn't have to look into them very much because Emerald did that for me. Bree was amazing. I didn't want anyone else helping us out the day of the wedding except her but once I met our day of coordinator, I knew we were in Good hands. Daisy helped us through our whole day. She kept us on schedule and made sure we were always happy and had nothing to stress about. I felt like Daisy and I had become best friends at the end of the night. She made sure everything was perfect for me and I couldn't be more grateful!! The day if the wedding was magical. I couldn't have asked for anything better than what I got. The little mistakes that happened don't even matter because all the amazing outweighs it! I wish I could relive the day over and over again. Thank you to the whole Emerald staff! From planning my wedding to my actual wedding day it was perfect!! I worked with Bree, Karli and Joey planning my wedding and they did well communicating and keeping in touch via email (mind you I'm planning from Hawaii). They also recommended a lot of vendors they worked with which I appreciated. DJ Darrin-our DJ/emcee never missed a beat, he's the best. Our wedding was lit!! He played all the songs I chose and what my guest requested. He assisted our day of coordinator and they were such a great team! My husband and I really loved our DJ and wish we could bring him back with us to Hawaii! Our day of coordinator Daisy, was the sweetest. We met her the day before at rehearsal, and was very thorough. She made sure pronunciation and the time line was correct, so our wedding day would be perfect! On our wedding day she was so good to us, checking in on us and making sure we got what we needed! She calmed my nerves before walking down the aisle. She made sure that everything went smoothly, I don't know what I would have done without her!! I forgot who toured us, but she was really nice. The venue looks good and has many options/add-ons to make it as extravagant or affordable as you like. The area for the brides/bridesmaids isn't as fancy as other places, so that might be a factor for some of you. Everything can be done in one big area, but I'd imagine you have to worry about guests just awkwardly standing around while they transition from the ceremony to the reception. Our tour went well, until I asked a basic question that some people (the muh freedom kind) would hate me for even asking or mentioning in this review: COVID vaccination status and protocols. Whoever was touring us seemed visibly uncomfortable when we asked this question and pretty much tried to dodge it by saying things like "we don't know" and "we can ask" which pretty much translates to "No." In looking for a venue, I plan on having family fly over from countries that take COVID seriously and have quarantine requirements if you test positive. The way I view this "controversial" topic is if they aren't transparent about something as simple as a vaccine, what other things could they be not transparent about? There is some random dust here and there as well, so it may be questionable if they clean their entire venue often or in depth. read more

My partner and I got married at Emerald the morning of 10/13/2023. Not only is the ceremony area just absolutely beautiful, but the entire process from beginning to end was so, SO seamless and easy. We got so many comments from family saying "You must be so stressed with the planning" when in reality all we really had to do was show up and the venue had absolutely everything ready for us down to the T. We were almost worried we were missing something because it was genuinely that easy. We communicated with Bree during the initial planning and were attended to by Daisy on the day of. Daisy was AMAZING! She was such a pleasant vibe to have around, funny, charming, and seriously felt like we just had another friend in the room with us. We absolutely loved her, she really was the cherry on top. We don't exactly plan to get married again but if we did, we'd do it at Emerald in a heartbeat and request Daisy every single time LOL. Pros: beautiful venue Negatives: Planning coordinator confirmed add-on details. She was not present the day of the wedding and did not communicate to the person on duty. I (mother of the bride) had to show the owner the contract to make sure we received the upgrades already paid for. We were locked out of the bride's suite in the rain. Once we got into the bride's suite the owner refused to give me a key to the interior door of the suite because she had lost the others. She expected me to find her EVERY TIME any of the bridal party needed to enter the suite. read more

I am extremely happy with EAQ from beginning to the end. We were Refered to them by another friend who got married here years ago.Renae helped us get started and Joey was responsive & kind with every bit of detail in planning our wedding. We were impressed in every staffs professionalism when our day of the party came. The ceremony looked fabulous, the staff took care of us & guided us every step of the way. The minister was wonderful & gave meaningful messages not just for us but to our friends and family as well. Daisy, my coordinator from EAQ, was attentive and focused from the time we arrived until the time we left. DJ played all the music on our list, kept our guests entertained, and made sure we were happy throughout the night. Our servers were all wonderful. I had my wedding here in 2021. Bree was an integral part of the whole wedding planning and execution of our event. The vendors they work with are very professional and the whole process was just so easy. The selling point for the venue was the outside oasis they have. It's very elegant, and the inside is just breathtaking with the drapes. The food is top notch ( I couldn't find one bad thing ). Whoever the chef is, did a great job. And the ice sculpture!!!! Ask for that :) their inhouse chef carves those!!! I think the open house night they have for interested parties is a great way to test their ambiance, food, and meet the staff. Honestly I wish I could say that our wedding day went the way it should have. But it was far from a good experience. I feel like once we paid everything went down hill. Bree was great and did her best for us. Daisy and the DJ were amazing. The owner is trash. She yelled at my husband prior to the wedding. She kicked my kids out of the groom suite and made them eat in the car in the parking lot,m. Let me mind you we asked about the kids relaxing in their during reception since they are 5,3,2 and an infant. But instead the owner yelled at my MOH and kicked us outta our suites, and said we couldn't go in them until we were done. After that she proceeded to stand behind the bar and give nasty looks and talk rudely about us. It's just very unprofessional to run a business as she is. This is supposed to be a good day but instead it wasn't how we imagined. Then to top off, our officiant met with an accident so we were delayed. Thank god the DJ was able to marry us, (once again amazing) and he gets 100 stars along with daisy who over all tried her best. I definitely wouldn't recommend a wedding here. I was in a wedding here this August and it went well but could have gone better. The first negative was the food. So bland and the bride and groom didn't even eat it. It also felt unorganized even with the planner running around the venue. The men weren't away when the bride came out for pictures which was a big no-no. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and since we were at half capacity (due to covid) they ended up upgrading us to an open bar (huge plus). Outside was gorgeous and inside was decent. When I first went to Emerald I was in love with how the place looked. However, if I would have known the customer service wouldn't meet standards I would have changed my mind. My wedding was a month ago and thinking back on it, I am dreadful. Trying to get a basic answer to a question throughout the wedding planning process, I was constantly given the run around or was told only certain people could help me? Every little thing is an upcharge, so be careful of the cost if you want more then the basic look. My "day of coordinator" was different then my normal coordinator (Who I never even met before) she kept rushing me and put me in the men's suite by myself. My dad should of been able to stand with me before I walked down the aisle. Then she came up to me IMMEDIATELY after the ceremony and told me I had 10 minutes to leave and get all my guest out because my "time was up." I am disappointed because I never got photos taken at Emerald with my new husband. Didn't even have a moment to breathe and I felt everyone working there was so pushy and inconsiderate. My guest told me when they arrived 15 minutes before ceremony time the staff was still getting things ready?? WHY!! That should have been done already. What was supposed to be my happiest day was the opposite of that because of Emerald. After a year a half planning my ceremony.. I regretfully can say "I got married at Emerald at Queensridge". My husband and I got married at Emerald last month and we are so happy with how everything went! I lived in Las Vegas for 13 years and I had already been to two beautiful weddings at this venue so when I was planning my wedding I knew exactly where I wanted it to be. I live in SoCal so most of the planning was done over email. Cicely was so helpful and always replied very quickly. We went all out and did a lot of the upgrades and it was totally worth it! We had so many compliments from our guests with almost every aspect of our wedding. They loved the food, the DJ, and the venue as a whole. A lot of people hear "Vegas wedding" and think of some cheap chapel but Emerald is the complete opposite of that! Other things I liked about this venue: they have a security camera on the gift table for just in case, secure closet for personal items in the bridal suite and groom's room, the bridal suite itself is amazing, and the whole venue is set up for countless great photo ops our photographer took advantage of. Our pictures look great! Zita was our day of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She was somehow always in the right place at the right time handling every detail. This was the 2nd venue we toured and main venue we wanted from the start and even though are date wasn't available we still booked and changed our date. I wasn't the happiest about some of the up charges afterwards exc. but let me tell you.....My day went absolutely perfect the staff was amazing the food was amazing NOTHING went wrong (minus me forgetting to buy a garter but that was on me and they still helped find a substitute option) seriously I was so stressed out and they did everything they could to make sure everything went smoothly. At the reception we were waited on hand and foot for dinner and drinks and appetizers. I cant rave enough about the staff and how well our day went! Would do it all over again in a heart beat! I enjoyed the atmosphere and environment both times; however, when I attended the wedding as a guest, I quickly discovered the altar's sound system quality was lacking compared to the rest of the joint! We were married here on February 17th. Since this is my first (and hopefully only) marriage, I don't have anything to compare to this experience. However, when it comes to service standards and food, I think I can give a helpful review. The room, the ambiance, the upgrades are all luxurious and well worth the price. The room, with it's beautiful high ceilings, LED lit, drape-like light fixtures were gorgeous. The facility itself was immaculate. I was very impressed with both the bride and groom "ready rooms" complete with a flat screen TV and playstation 3! The bride's room had a giant 3 sided mirror and plenty of space to do hair and make-up. The most impressive thing about this place (aside from my beautiful bride) was Andrew. He's the DJ and so much more than that. Being the most stressful and nerve racking day of my life, he seemed to be able to approach me in a way that calmed and soothed. He was poignant, concise and straight to the point; qualities one needs when in this business. The rest of the staff, however, seemed unsure of themselves...like this was the first time they've done something like this. One of them, Kelsey, told me in an unsure way, "you need to find your mom because we're about to start." To which I replied, "No. YOU need to find my mom." Perhaps I was a little harsh. The food was decent: not worse or better than any other wedding food. But I had some disappointments. - "chicken" teriyaki: pretty sure it was whole deli style chicken sliced thick and not actual chicken breast...weird. - smoked beef brisket: good flavor, but not as tender as I would like. Sort of felt like I was eating one if those newfangled boxed meals you can get at Von's. Glazed carrots and mashed potatoes: the mashers were the star; creamy and delicious. The carrots were undercooked and I didn't notice any glaze. The thing I was disappointed most about was that they gave us margarine instead of real butter for the bread. It's the little things, people! That really cheapened the whole experience for me. The cake was delicious. White cake with salted caramel buttercream. Friggin yum. Great party! Great friends and family! Emerald did a nice job, and I think, with time, the things I found wanting will improve. read more

I took a tour of emerald and the staff was really polite but even tho the price seems catching you have yo upgrade for everything. I read previous post talking about how they had the staff taking pictures and having problems with them well I assume it must be true. Even tho is beautiful It seemed I would have lots of problems with them . If I choose this venue the staff member said they'll be someone at the reception doing a head count and watching it. My concern was paying $45 for 2 yr Olds and she said if they see them walking I will be charge even if it's cheaper is better getting another venue that offers 5 yrs and younger free and a discounted price for 6 yrs to 12. On pi day 2013 I was here for a wedding, it was the only wedding booked for the day and almost every staff thought I was the groom. No way in hell, not yet! But I was curious and wanted this wedding to go without a hitch so I asked and probed on almost every detail I could think of before the wedding started. Why am I always loud? That didn't stop me today! The staff was nice and attentive, the coordinator was also on top of everything. The DJ was involved with the whole wedding as well, this was definitely not their first rodeo. The only issue I had was the bartender. This was an open bar wedding and he chose to play games rather than tend the bar. Drinks weren't served until after the "I do" thingy part so there was a lot of standing around beforehand. Also waving the tip jar in front of my friends face wasn't nice so I had to bring that up to him. Told him to pour drinks or I'll grab DJ's mic and tell people you're trying ruin the wedding and for people not to tip you and in the end you'll still have to serve alcohol, pour the drinks and watch the tip come in. The booze selection also sucked, but I was happy to always have a beer in one hand and a mixed drink in the other. The photographers were always taking pictures and were right in the action, Anya was the best picture taker thing. The room was available to us at 3:30 on the day of the wedding. They took pictures of us getting ready inside as well. The food was alright, it was your basic salad, rice, bread (no extra butter anywhere), veggies, meatloaf(?), and bbq meat thing in the end. I went for thirds. And I kept drinking, and I was one of few who took advantage of the open bar. Maybe people didn't want to be around the stinky bartender, there was also no shots or drinks on the rocks. I had drinks on the rocks, but I also tipped him $20 in the beginning and took care of him again at the end cause he didn't throw a bitch fest after that. He said something about eye in the sky so he couldn't serve us certain drinks, there's no cameras above you dummy. For the amount of people we had, there was plenty seating outside and inside. The drapes up above looked like roman togas covering nice bosoms. I had the DJ mess with the lights to make things look pretty. The long staircase on the East side of the building was where the groom, bride, and slaves came down from after everyone moved from the outdoor seating to indoors. Someone once told me my shit was too long so I'll end it here, nice venue and very professional. As far as radical and crazy venues to hold a wedding, this is traditional but comes at a complete package. Be 200%? Sure your getting married at this location. If not they will not refund your money at all. I lost 8k. They tell you if you cancel you don't get your deposit back which is $1,500. In our case they kept 8k and didn't want to refund us at all even though we had a very strong reason why we wanted to cancel!!! I came here for a Thursday night wedding and was impressed that this event venue was tucked away in Summerlin near Boca Park. I think the place is very beautiful but the space felt too cavernous to keep the wedding intimate. There were about 120 people at this wedding and with the vaulted ceilings and big open space, the party was spread out too much. We had about sixteen 8-tops in the room. There was plenty of room to move around. Maybe too much. Lighting can be a little cheesy during the party. Maybe this can be controlled but there's a rainbow setting that is blinding when it flashed on. Weekday rates are about 10k less than the weekends. My Fiance and I were excited to get married here. We placed our deposit down -- then shortly after, Covid happened and Vegas shut down. Due to this we cancelled our wedding. Not because we aren't getting married or what have you -- but 100% due to covid response. We tried to get our $1500 deposit returned, and no one would help us or even listen to us. I am posting this on here now, because due to the current state of how everything is, I expect businesses to be understanding. Things aren't as they used to be, so the "contract" PRE corona should not be valid DURING corona. I just really wish they would help. That is a lot of money -- and could really use it in these hard times. If you are looking to get married--- and thinking of this place. Just know -- once you sign, you are nothing but a number to them. read more
