I got a ceramic coat put on my 4Runner by these guys a year ago and it has held up super well. It still looks and feels as good as the day it was put on! Mike and his team are very patient in explaining the different services they offer and would be most appropriate for your situation. After the process they made sure to tell me how to take care of my ceramic coat - obviously they were right on that too because it's still great. I went in today because I wanted to get my old tint removed and have new, darker tint put on. Mike listened to my situation (nothing wrong with the old tint, just wanted darker to keep my car cooler and so people couldn't see in so easily) and inspected my vehicle. He let me know that my front windows are as dark as they can legally be, and that darkening the back wouldn't do a whole lot temperature wise. What impressed me about this was that he could have kept all that information to himself and sold me on getting my tint re-done, but he didn't. I was so impressed with the detailing they did on my SUV. It actually looked cleaner and newer than when I first bought it back in 2019. It took 7 hours for them to detail my car because I got the inside and out full detailing package. I could tell they spent every minute cleaning the heck out of my car. My floor mats look brand new, my tires look brand new, shoot it was so clean I didn't even want to get into it, afraid I might make it dirty...LOL! Researched around for a place to ceramic coat our new sequioa, and found Detail BLVD thru Yelp & Instagram. After requesting for a quote, Mike(owner) responded in timely fashion. He told me they had a 1yr & 5yr package and after further research and inquiries, I decide to go with them. I decided to go with the 1yr package, since I'm new to ceramic coating I figure I give it a try for a year and if I like it I'll comeback and upgrade. Another selling point is they offer a loaner car to borrow while your vehicle is being pampered. They have a easy booking system thru square, which allowed me to choose my date/time and setup appointment hassle-free. The day I dropped vehicle, Mike was there to greet me. He was very friendly & courteous. He asked if I had any questions or concerns, and informed me of the process they would be doing to my car. Then he drove the loaner car up to us, mind you, it was a very stylish Mazda 3, and my daughter and I were on our way to do our errands. When I came back to pickup car, Mike was gone for the day but his partner Tyler was there to help us checkout. Tyler was just as friendly, courteous, and informative. He also explained to me what they did, told me the do's & dont's, and informed me on how to upkeep the coating with the specialty products they have to offer as well as on my own. Today was my second time using Detail BLVD's services and the experience was just as perfect as the first! I decided to try them out a couple months ago when I found out that they provide car loaners to use while your car is getting detailed. My schedule is super tight, and I don't have time to wait around a few hours till my car is done. I was shocked with how easy and smooth the process was! Basically I left my job between my appointments to drop off my car at 1130am (they're conveniently located on S Beretania), signed some paperwork and provided my license, they handed me the keys to their loaner and I was out and arrived back at my job by 1145am. My car was done by the time I finished work and picked it up at 430pm. I got the complete detail and they did a beautiful job, exterior was perfect, I have two dogs and normally there is still dog fur in hidden areas of my car at other detail shops, but the interior was completely spotless! One Saturday Morning, I called around 9 auto detailing places in the island with the highest yelp ratings and reviews to shop around see what they can do for me coz I needed my car detailed and ready for sale. The only person who showed professionalism, said all the right things and gave me options on what I can do for my car was Mike. You see, I really loved my car and I needed someone who can give my car some TLC before I say goodbye for good. And Mike was the only person who I thought knew exactly what he is doing and he explained things in DETAIL for me. He gave me options and he worked within my budget. It's exactly what I needed since I admit that I am not well versed when it comes to auto-detailing terms and processes. I worked out a schedule with him and I was so happy he was able to accommodate me knowing that his shop was gonna be busy that day. I asked him is there was a nearby Starbucks where I can hangout while waiting for my car. I was also surprised and pleased to hear that they have loaner cars available for me to use! I thought to myself that there's no other place like it! When I got to his shop, everyone greeted my and was super friendly. I was finally directed to Mike and he walked me through the process again and showing me the areas on my car that needed some work due to oxidation and not applying protection on my car's surface regularly (he was right, I hardly washed my car and it is always out in the sun). He said it will take around 5 hours so I was really happy that they had a loaner available for me! 5 hours later, Mike called saying my car was ready for pick up. I got to the shop and I can hardly identify my car! It looked brand new and I was ecstatic when I saw it! Everything was perfectly shiny, clean and he was even able to remove the stain on my seats! I'm posting a photo to show how my car looked after Detail Blvd. Imagine my car's surfaces and windows had a lot of oxidation and tons of water-spots from being exposed to water sprinklers and the sun daily. After a few weeks, I called Mike telling him that I finally got a new truck after selling my car. I called to ask about ceramic coating. Again he walked me through the process and how they're gonna prep my truck before putting the ceramic coating on the truck's surface. I've watched tons of ceramic coating videos on youtube and watched a lot of blogs about it and again I knew Mike and his team would be the best ones to do for the job! I had to leave my truck in their garage for at least 24 hours in order for it to settle and cure away from pollutants and exposure. When I got my truck it looked super shinny and better than when I first drove it out of the dealership! They gave me tips and instructions on what to do for the first week to help with curing of the coat. They also encourage you to bring the car in for it's first wash after coating to check and correct the process for free!!! Mike and his team did an excellent job! They're all very friendly, professional and ready to help! Customer service at it's finest! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know especially to my friends and family! I was looking to get my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. Looking through Yelp, Mike and Tyler got great reviews at Auto Perfection and at the newer Detail BLVD. And if you look through Auto Perfection, Mike had great reviews at other stops as well. That made the decision easy. When I went to see them about my car, they explained the procedure and products and you could tell that 1) they knew what they were doing and 2) they loved what they do. All their previous reviews were accurate. So I took the plunge and scheduled paint correction, ceramic coating and ceramic tint. My car was a tough case. The dealership's "detailer" had "worked" on the car and had left all kinds of buffer trails on the black paint. Mike and Tyler did a fantastic job of cleaning up the paint and coating it. If you want to see how great a job they do, check out their instagram. My car was so bad and the transformation so dramatic that there are three videos and a couple of pictures showing their artistry. Those are not doctored, my paint went from shitshow to shiny in their capable hands. I couldn't be happier. And all the while they were friendly and professional and they even took the time to teach me along the way. I cannot recommend Detail BLVD highly enough.
