I took a friend's recommendation to go with Detail Blvd for ceramic coating on my new Acura and am so glad I did. I have never owned a black car but loved the show room shine when I bought it a month ago. I definitely knew owning a black car would be high maintenance and had to protect it right away with a good ceramic coating to keep it looking great. I called Tyler at Detail Blvd and he was so courteous and friendly and took the time to explain the packages in detail to select the best one that suited my car. He was able to book me an appointment right away for the weekend and even provided a nice loaner which made it even more convenient. When I picked up my car, I was so impressed with how glossy and mirror-like it looked, even way better than when I bought it from the dealership! Tyler did an excellent job and I knew he really took the time to diligently work on the coating process and it showed. I'm supposed to be going back for a complimentary wash and they will also be making sure to the curing process is good and do any touch ups if needed. Tyler also gave me the do's and dont's and tips on how to maintain the ceramic coating on the car to make it last a long time. My 13' rav4 really "really" needed a headlight restoration. About a year ago "yeah I kinda procrastinated" I inquired about headlight restoration services to many companies on Yelp but what stood out for Detailed BLVD was their straight to the point professional response that made me decided to go with them. Instead of directing me to a website which they do have and telling me to look there, Mike explain the pricing, the process of restoration and how long the restoration will last. Even though I had slightly cheaper options I wanted to feel comfortable leaving my car with whom ever I picked and choosing Detail BLVD was definitely the best choice. Great experience! I got lucky because on the day I called they had a cancellation so they took me in that same afternoon at about 2 PM and my car was done before 6 PM. My car was extremely filthy with coffee spills on the console and cigarette ashes and scuffs all over the place. It was a tough job for sure. The price was so reasonable and I felt so guilty because of the work that they had to put into it so I paid them a few extra bucks. One primary person is assigned to detail your car for efficiency and so they know exactly who is doing what. The service was great from the initial phone call and the staff was friendly. Last minute appointment with fantastic results. I had Detail BLVD perform a classic wash since my car was fully detailed 3 months ago. In addition, I had the engine bay cleaned which made my car look car show ready. All this in one hour as promised and under $200. Mike & Tyler are the definition of humble, customer-first service. These bruddahs are super hard, nose-to-da-ground workers. On vacation here with my family borrowing my mom's car. Accidentally got some sunscreen residue on the passenger's side and driver's side vinyl. These bruddahs told me to bring it in to see what they could do. Got it right off in 5 minutes. Booked my first detailing appointment for myself as a birthday gift about a month ago. When my appointment got closer my schedule got busy and they were still able to accommodate me. My appointment was on a Friday morning, but I was able to drop off my car closing time on Thursday. Been on island for about a year and a half and our car had quite a bit of sand in it. We also have a dog so there was obviously dog hairs in it. It was very easy making an appointment and I was set. Day of the appointment I was a few minutes late but I was still greeted by Alex with professionalism and understanding. They got started right away and offered me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait. It takes up to 5 hours so have a ride. When they finished they had me look it over before paying. I decided to go with them since I could see and feel Tyler's passion in doing a good job. I looked around the shop and I could see that it was very clean and organized. He offered a 5% discount for taking 2.5 hrs even though I was 45 min late for the appointment. Nice vibe and nice location. Tip: the garage is located in between two buildings. Having just bought a car, I wanted Ceramic Coating to protect it and keep it looking good. I used Yelp in finding reviews, both good and bad, about different auto detail companies and what they offered. Detail BLVD was right there at the top. I e-mailed them some questions that I had and Mike quickly responded. He invited me to drop by so that they could look over the car and give me a precise quote. I came in and met both Mike and Tyler. They welcomed me and patiently answered all of my questions. Their expertise was apparent yet they did not make any big sales push. Their professionalism and quality of their work sold me and I made an appointment. Tyler told me that they would not rush the work and that I should expect it to be there for two or three days. In the meantime, they provided me with a beautiful loaner car that I did not get to enjoy for too long. That's because my car was ready sooner than expected. When I went to pick it up, it was better than new. Tyler explained the ins and outs about what was done and he gave me tips on how to care for it. He then invited me to bring it back a week later for a free car wash. Detail BLVD does not have the lowest prices. However, they are not a cheap company that does only mediocre work. I contacted Detail BLVD because I wanted to get my seats shampooed as they were starting to have a funky smell (I guess that'll happen after 6 years with no interior detailing, huh). Mike responded back within 15 minutes with the price and estimated time of service. He also offered me an appointment the very next day! When we went to drop off my car, we were told exactly what would happen during the appointment and what to expect. We were also offered the use of a loaner for the 2-3 hours it would take to get my car back (VERY nice touch). After we left, we realized how much my car could use an exterior clean as well and my bf called to add on a Classic Wash (adding on an extra hour or so). About 4 hours later, I got a call that my car would be ready in about 30 min. I was also told that although we had only asked for a Classic Wash, they had upgraded and done a way more thorough job because: 1. My car definitely needed it, and 2. Another appointment didn't show up and they had extra time. Talk about service! I had contacted a few other places but they gave much less information and seemed less enthused about new business so I'm glad I went with Mike and his team! My car looks amazing and I could not be happier with the whole experience. read more
