(I had quotes but he fit my schedule better.) The day of the service, I had to leave to work (I took an Uber since he was still working on my car) and paid him (via Venmo) while at work. I even included a generous tip. When I arrived back home I was incredibly disappointed in the work so I made sure to take photos right away. Now, all of this could have been okay. I informed him promptly (on July 8th within 24 hours) of the fact that the service was done poorly. (See text message screenshots.) He promised he would come back on Friday the 15th. He never showed up. I decided to wait to see if he would text me over the weekend. He did not. It is now Monday, July 18th and he still has not responded. Sean clearly has no intention of fixing the poor wash and detail job he did on our cars. This was truly a waste of money. I should have just driven my car through a Chevron car wash. As least then my windows would not be streaky. (P.S. I could have added many more photos of both cars but frankly, I need that extra time to get my car re-cleaned elsewhere.)
