While Sean is a nice person, his work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability are awful. I paid for washes up front for the "package" he offered. After a few washes I noticed a lot of minor issues but never mentioned anything because I wanted to support his business, because like I said, he's a likable guy. However, as time passed, he started missing appointments, rushing jobs, and just blowing me off completely. I contacted him and explained I wanted a refund for the remainder balance (which I even took some off to help him out) and he obliged and admitted he screwed up and would refund me. It's been almost 4 months now and no refund. He's a crook and a terrible detailer. I would stay away and save yourself the headache. read more

It is such a shame that having Sean wash two of my cars did not work out. He is definitely nice and prompt on communication but that is it. Our two cars were left streaky and several interior spots were missed. He didn't even leave the windows and mirrors streak free. (I mean, that is something a very inexpensive, basic car wash will accomplish.) Additionally, even charged us more than other better-established mobile detailing services. (I had quotes but he fit my schedule better.) The day of the service, I had to leave to work (I took an Uber since he was still working on my car) and paid him (via Venmo) while at work. I even included a generous tip. When I arrived back home I was incredibly disappointed in the work so I made sure to take photos right away. Now, all of this could have been okay. I informed him promptly (on July 8th within 24 hours) of the fact that the service was done poorly. (See text message screenshots.) He promised he would come back on Friday the 15th. He never showed up. I decided to wait to see if he would text me over the weekend. He did not. It is now Monday, July 18th and he still has not responded. Sean clearly has no intention of fixing the poor wash and detail job he did on our cars. This was truly a waste of money. I should have just driven my car through a Chevron car wash. As least then my windows would not be streaky. (P.S. I could have added many more photos of both cars but frankly, I need that extra time to get my car re-cleaned elsewhere.) read more

After a number of calls to mobile auto detailers, that never answer their phone or never called me back I finally found Andrade's auto detailing, and I must say that I am more than impressed with the work that was done on my car. I requested a ceramic coating as well as an interior detailing and the work performed was of high-quality, and the best value I could find compared to other detailers in my area. Another plus is that because he's mobile, he's able to drive to me so that I can still continue to work from home while he's performing the work on my car. I'm also in San Jose so it was fantastic to know that he was willing to drive out here. I highly recommend and I won't be using anyone else to detail my cars. My husband and I accidentally left some groceries in the trunk and the car smelled terrible! Not to mention it also hadn't been cleaned since my mom bought it 15 years ago. Water stained seats, coffee spills on the rugs, and dust everywhere. I only wish that we had taken before photos to show how clean the car is now! Had Sean come out and do some paint correction and ceramic coating on my X5 today and have to thank him for all the hard work. During the last 2 years I hadn't been able to keep it looking as nice as it should and he brought back the shine. Even got rid of a couple of issues I wasn't certain about. First was on one of my fenders, that had started to have the clear coat fail and he brought it back to life. Second, I had some pretty ugly scratches on the bottom of the drivers door from being opened into bushes, and he got rid of all of them too! Will definitely use Andrade's again!! read more

So I called Sean and 3 others, Andrades and 1 other said they could come the next day, I have a car that was going to a car show the next morning, then someone was coming to look at my car later that day, Sean told me after I asked him to book me for next day, then he proceeded to tell me he had a quick car to detail and would be no later than 1 pm, as we talked he said that he might be done by 11 am would call as the next day went on,,,,, well it turned 2:30 pm still haven't heard from Sean, So I called,,, he apologized and said he was just going to call said he ran over and would be there in a hour to 1.5 hours later,,, so that would be about 4:00 pm I figured, so after 5:30 pm I texted him asking if he was still coming? He said yes was running behind, I said ok , irritated, but ok. He sent me a text 10 min later and said he wasn't coming was tired? I asked why didn't he just tell me at 1 pm? ( no answer) This was Friday, I then texted him saying ,forget it I'll take care of it ,,,after 5 minutes went by he finally texted saying ,,I'll see if I can get ahold of one of my guys to stop by and do it,,,,,,, that's it, never heard back & no one ever came. So I guess I'm saying if your in a bind and need your car done. Don't call him, he's the only one that had 4 stars all the others had 5. Because of that I thought I'd try him. , My mistake.
