The towels weren't completely clean or dry and actually left dirt on my windows. The blower also leaves some water behind. If the towels were super dry and cleaner, this place would be great. Update: I want to thank the manager for reaching out so quickly and explaining why the microfiber towels are slightly damp. I didn't realize that fully dry towels could potentially damage the vehicle's paint or clear coat. I really appreciate them taking the time to educate me. Because of the great customer service, I'm updating my star rating. Customer service definitely matters, and they handled this well.

The bottom line is he was pulled off the track by his hubcap which came off during the debacle. He didn't even know he'd gotten rear ended until the manager called him and threatened him with the police because he said it was a hit and run, yet my husband was the one that got hit so... The manager acted like it was all my husband's fault so my husband called the police and AAA and the police didn't want to talk to him and AAA just laughed and said it was ridiculous because HE was the one that got hit. Also they shove the cars in too close and when I brought that up to the manager, he claimed they were following California law. I couldn't find any California law pertaining to how close to load cars in a car wash so... I follow the law of common sense. Also the kids that are suppose to spray the car BEFORE you enter the car wash are either lazy or bored or both, I'm lucky if they sprayed both sides on my car because they barely could hit one. So needless to say we cancelled our membership and signed up at Buddy's on Balfour. Cheaper, local small business and they don't herd the cars in a foot apart!

There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. The customer service representatives working at this place are very helpful and can guide you through the car cleaning processes. Plus, this place has almost everything you would need to clean up your car. This place has lots of spacious car ports for vacuuming and for other self-services needs. This place also has a separate big building that is a spacious waiting dry room area. Cleaning up every detail of my car here is very easy. In addition to my car wash, they offer free vacuum, free mat cleaning, and free mat beater. I found that mat beater and rug cleaner machines were very easy to use. I love the super clean results of my floor mats; and, the more I used the mat cleaning machines, the more my floor mats can turn looking back to brand new condition. I like that free options here.
