She coordinated everything seamlessly--from the stunning ceremony to the elegant reception setup, every element was flawlessly executed. For my son's party, she created a fun, energetic atmosphere with Mickey Mouse themed decorations and interactive entertainment that kept the kids completely engaged (and the parents impressed!).     I have to give Kellie more than 5 stars if it's available. My daughter's wedding from start to finish last month was amazing. Kellie did an amazing job planning it and coordinated it on the day of and everything went well. My family and I were very pleased and impressed with her services. She's really "Details By Kellie". Our guests were impressed with the set up, decor, food choices, desert table, lion dance, DJ,.. everything. Whoever is planning to have a perfect wedding, you definitely need to contact Kellie. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommended Kellie and her team anytime to anyone I know that plan to have any event in the future. From birthday parties, engagement, baby showers, graduation, especially weddings, Kellie will make your dream wedding a reality. Thank you Kellie and her Team (Liz and Sarah) for an amazing job at my daughter's wedding!

    Where do I even start?! I briefly crossed paths with Kellie at my cousin's wedding. She was their coordinator and I was one of the bridesmaids. I was already impressed when I saw her because she was literally ready to give birth but still working and walking around everywhere as if she wasn't at the end of her third trimester. I think she ended up giving birth a couple days later. LOL. Fast forward to planning my wedding in Orange County (6.14.25), I ended up reaching out to Kellie due to her level of experience, personability, and reasonable prices. Right away, Kellie met me with a warm and kind energy that made me feel so welcomed and comfortable speaking with her. I am pretty low maintenance and I didn't quite know what vision I had in mind for my wedding, but every conversation I had with Kellie left me feeling more confident and reassured that everything would be alright. Anytime I had a question, she had the answers or resources to give me peace of mind, and I think that's why I did not go bridezilla on anyone, LOL. I would say if it wasn't for Kellie's ideas and suggestions, my wedding would have looked very bland and white. She assisted me with adding all the fine little details and aesthetic to create the beautiful and romantic vibe every one in the room felt that night. I really did not expect for my wedding to turn out as beautiful as it did! Kellie truly went above and beyond for my husband and me, 2 people she knew in such a short amount of time, and put 110% of her efforts into making our day so grand and special, there are no words to express how much gratitude we have for her. We had a hiccup where the vendor for our tent/lounge space did not show up (got our date messed up) and Kellie was prompt in reaching out to multiple vendors until one agreed to set up last minute for us, which saved us so much stress!! Also, if you weren't aware, Kelly also owns a rental company and she was able to give us access to a lot of her gorgeous inventory. Her and her team flawlessly set up our seating chart area, welcome table, sweetheart/champagne table, outside lounge area, AND she even surprised us with a boba stand, where her adorable mom was serving homemade drinks that EVERYONE (I kid you not) raved about, saying the boba was delicious and not too sweet. Shout out to Mom! It was such a sweet gesture, but it doesn't stop there... I found out Kellie also bakes and make desserts?!? I know, right? What does this girl NOT do?? The talent is INSANE. She gifted us these personalized sugar cookies that not only were SOO pretty, but tasted good too! I think it's obvious I'm still reminiscing all the details of our wedding day, and I can truly say it wouldn't have happened without Kellie. She's the BEST. 1000/10. Just book her, you won't regret it. Thank you again Kellie for making our wedding day such a special one!!! We love you !!!!

    Our wedding was on August 8th, and I can say with complete confidence that it would not have been as magical or perfect without Kellie and her amazing team. From start to finish, it was clear that this was not just a job to them, it was a true labor of love. Kellie went above and beyond in every single way. From the very first communication, she was responsive, organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day as special as possible. Her check-in texts gave me so much peace of mind leading up to the big day, and her coordination with all of our vendors made everything seamless. Our wedding wasn't at a traditional venue, it was at an Airbnb villa that required a major transformation. Kellie and her team tackled every challenge with grace, calmness, and determination. They handled every hiccup like absolute pros, and the final result literally exceeded every expectation I had. The space looked STUNNING. A few of the most touching surprises was Kellie gifting us with extra floral bouquets (that she stayed up until 3am making the night before) and candles from her rental company to enhance the ambiance. On top of that, she connected us with a content creator who was looking to build her portfolio. Kellie is so well connected with INCREDIBLE vendors, and her coordinating that surprise for us was a gift I will cherish forever. That kind of generosity and attention to detail just shows how much she truly cares. So many of our guests made a point to tell me how kind, helpful, and wonderful her entire team was. I am honestly still in awe of the incredible job they did. I can't imagine our wedding day without them and I genuinely believe it wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without their talent, heart, and hard work. Booking with Kellie was the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process. I am endlessly grateful to her and her team!

    Hiring Kellie as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she made me feel so comfortable and confident that she truly understood what I wanted. I had so many ideas and scattered thoughts about how I wanted the day to look and feel, and she listened to every single one. Not only did she take my vision seriously, she also added her own suggestions and creativity in a way that made everything even better. Kellie has an incredible eye for design and detail. Every part of the day--from the ceremony space to the reception décor--looked absolutely stunning. She just gets it. The colors, the textures, the flow of the room--it all came together so beautifully, and it felt so "us." You could see her special touch in everything, but it still felt completely personal and unique to our style. What I appreciated most was how calm and collected she was throughout the whole process, especially on the day of the wedding. She handled every moving piece so smoothly that I didn't have to stress about anything. I was able to be present, enjoy the moment, and take it all in, which I know wouldn't have been possible without her. Her assistant Sarah was also such a sweetheart--so kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond right along with Kellie. Together, they poured their hearts into making sure our day was perfect, and you could feel that in the way everything came together. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine the day without Kellie. She took the pressure off of us and made the whole experience feel fun and exciting, not overwhelming. I'm just so thankful for her dedication, her eye for beauty, and the love she clearly puts into what she does. If you're considering working with Kellie--do it. She's everything you want in a wedding coordinator and more.

She then offered a 20% refund and asked me to change my review, which I again declined. She claimed that despite paying for full event planning services, the event was subpar because I hadn't been involved in planning it. They didn't call. They didn't ask me to go their warehouse. They didn't do anything until the week of the event, when they tried to fit me into their random available times to walk them through my space via FaceTime. To clarify, I paid $2,000 for someone to plan and orchestrate an event. What I received was maybe a $200-$300 setup, and it's apparently my fault for not planning the event I paid someone to plan. She argued that I should have requested changes during the setup. However, I wasn't home at the time. The whole point of hiring this service was to arrive at a fully set-up event with my guests. When I arrived, they were still setting up as my guests were arriving (even though they were supposed to have been gone by then). So, there wasn't time to make changes, and it would have been an awkward conversation anyway. Instead of blaming me, they should have done the job they were paid to do or not sold the package in the first place. To add insult to injury, she compared this situation to eating a pizza and then requesting a refund. This was over $2k. It's not even close to ordering a pizza and asking for a refund. She ripped me off. I stand by my request for a full refund. She should have offered that refund on her own. This event was pitiful. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Rachel and Jordan and booked about 1.5 years in advance. They were communicative and very flexible with my multitude of changes throughout the year and a half working with them. I was even able to add a cake tasting and cake later on and change certain rentals very close to wedding date. They were patient and accommodating and willing to make just about anything work! My guests were incredibly happy with the food and the service, and my husband and I absolutely loved the waiter assigned to us on wedding day! The only thing that went wrong was half of our string lights (required by DH) went out for the entirety of the seated meal due to an installation error. I'm not docking any points from rating as this was a genuine mistake and WTC reached out to their EPR contact right away to have them return to site and get it fixed. It did take about an hour+ to resolve but WTC was very apologetic and even provided a a partial refund for the lighting. One thing we were bummed about was that cake service occurred during the main dance floor time and if cake wasn't accepted from the server, it was a missed opportunity. According to my guests, about 90% of people didn't get cake as it wasn't left on tables and most people were on the dance floor. 2.5/3 sheets cakes remained at the end of the night. One big win was TWC was so organized and accommodating for the many dietary restrictions/allergies we threw at them and served our guests appropriately. We received no complaints and guests and family said it was handled seamlessly! All in all, my husband and I were so pleased with our decision to work with WTC and will forever cherish the role they played in making our day amazing!

I had many guests ask me where we got the catering from because they enjoyed the food so much. The standout dish was the short ribs and the gnocchi. I would highly recommend hiring them for catering if you want things to be easy and the food to be good.
