They made the unauthorized repair and then charged me for it. I ended up having to the pay the repair bill because I needed my car back but I can assure them that they will be hearing from my lawyer very soon. In addition to the deceitful way they do business, they also got grease all over my interior and ruined the leather on the drivers seat and the console. There is grease in the carpeting as well.
