They offered Free WiFi and Free coffee while you wait. I had a coupon for a $17.95 Full Service oil change. They have a 8 car garage and only 2 cars in it. and the 5'6" guy who looks in his mid 50's, maybe arabic. Tells me to come back at 8:00 am to use the coupon and even then, I get the brush off over the coupon. They have these NAPA coupons on the http://valpak.com as well as the http://www.napaautofarmi... websites. They offer coupons for Free AC Inspection & Brake Inspection w/ approved repair. If he had an issue with accepting the coupons, why does he advertise them on a monthly basis. It makes no sense!! They are losing several money paying customers because of this guy whether he's the owner or a worker, Not to mention pissing them off. I wanted to give these guys a chance and each time they have turned me away! I even offered to get an oil change, tire replacement. I won't be back! Just to let you know this store has 2 yelp listings at the same address, **** UPDATE **** July 10, 2013. I decided to contact NAPA corporate office to report this matter to them and they stated "All Michigan NAPA locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees and they have the option to not accept NAPA coupons even if it has their own store address on it. The corporate office didnt seem to care either. Don't expect to receive any good service from this company.

When I went to the shop after work, the owner stated on video that the only way I could receive a refund for the bald tires they sold me was if I removed my review. $40.00 is what the owner offered me. To clarify the timeline: I was sold unsafe, bold tires, confirmed by a licensed mechanic. When I returned on Friday to address the issue, I was dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. I posted a truthful review based on that interaction. On Monday, the owner attempted to condition a refund on the removal of my review and came to my workplace in connection with this matter. The entire exchange is documented on video. Under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.901 et seq.), businesses are prohibited from engaging in unfair, deceptive, or misleading practices. Conditioning a refund on the removal of a negative review especially after selling unsafe products raises serious consumer protection concerns. I replaced an outer tie rod and took it to Dan & Chuck's for the necessary alignment. They took great care of me. I needed to have the new tie rod greased (I don't have a grease gun). These guys could have charged me to do that... aside from buying a grease gun and the grease and then jacking it up again, I was kind of at their mercy. No charge. While I'm very much an on-time person, I found myself unable to make it until a half hour after my appointment time. They totally got me in and taken care of. Listening to them deal with their other customers... I always pay attention to how people treat people and they obviously care about all their customers. While I only had an alignment so I can't judge on their skills more than that... they did a great job and they seemed knowledgeable enough to handle any automotive repair. Give these guys a chance.
