First impressions matter, and this one made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won't be joining.

They give you glorified world of fitness and they tell you all the classes are free but they don't tell you that for all the classes you have to register ahead of time.. If you miss the registration deadline which is every 3 months then you cannot go to any classes. Some of the classes you have to pay money also though you are a member. When you go to become a member they don't tell you that you have to plan ahead to register for the class. Somebody like me who works in the hospital and my schedule varies cannot go to the classes because you have to register. When I signed up in June for membership, nobody told me that you have to register for class. It would be better if they have registration every month. So if you skip one month you can register in second month. It doesn't help when you have to register every 3 months. When I called staff was very rude. Though I paid a lot of money for my membership, they act like we are going there for free. The staff is really rude. When you call they don't say please wait there is one person ahead of you. They just say hold on and they start music. When I called and asked for the classes the lady said I have been working here for long time and we always register for classes. They treat you very bad. It is very sad that Canton community became like this. I have lived in Canton for 27 years now. They need to train their employees how to talk and how to be nice with everybody.

Everything feels organized, the arena has great views, and the sound during the show was incredible. I also love how much there is to see and do around the place before the concert starts. Detroit really has a venue to be proud of. We had an amazing night seeing Eric Clapton here, and the entire experience made the night feel even more special. Definitely a venue I'll keep coming back to for concerts and events.

What we did not care for was the way they handled entry, started way late and there were many issues with people who did not want to follow the rules. My only criticism is that some of the concession stands had extremely long wait times. The biggest issue, however, was that someone vomited on the seat directly behind us during the concert. Several people notified staff, but unfortunately, no one came to clean it up. We had to sit through the remainder of the concert with the smell of vomit around us, which really took away from an otherwise great experience. I was very disappointed with how that situation was handled, especially since it was a sanitation issue. Because there were many positive aspects to our visit, I'm giving 3 stars, but I hope the venue improves its response to situations like this in the future.

While new in Detroit, this team is actually one of the G League's oldest teams, dating back to the 2006-07 season when the Cruise were then known as the Bakersfield Jam. At that time, the G League was known as the NBA Development League (D-League). Even prior to their days in the D-League, this team was in the American Basketball Association (ABA) as the Long Beach Jam (2003-2005). Between their time in Southern California and Michigan, the team spent about five years in Arizona as the Phoenix Suns' G League affiliate, the Northern Arizona Suns. 2021 college basketball national player of the year Luke Garza, who played all four years at Iowa, was drafted with the 52nd pick by the Pistons in the 2021 NBA Draft. He's played in a handful of games for the Cruise this season. So has point guard Saben Lee, who has averaged nearly 30 points per game in Cruise games. Both Garza and Lee were/are two-way-contract players. Lee was named to the 2020 All-SEC Second Team. He played three years at Vanderbilt.
