I GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY* The screen they installed for my LG phone broke within 48 hours…read moreof the screen being installed. That is with the screen protector that they installed as well. WARNING! THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE! After presenting this information to them within 48 hours from when the installation happened, they told me that "It's not our fault that the screen cracked" and said I would have to pay more to get it fixed. It dropped only 2.5 feet, when I opened an office door and it cracked. Between the warranty not covering physical damage, the poor quality of the screen installation and the products they use and the bad business approach of running away from responsibility after only 48 hours of the service being preformed. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone or come there for a service again, I would rather use my broken phone till I get a new one.
