It was a pleasure to discover a new cell phone retailer in the Christie Pits and Bloor Street West area in Toronto. Now relocated apparently to Mt. Pleasant and Davisville, the owners of this store are straightforward, offer good value, and a warranty on a range of smartphones and new accessories. They also do mobile phone repairs. The search for a reliable quality pre-owned or almost new smartphone can be challenging. Promising claims of spanking brand new, "must sell as trading up", pristine condition cell phones in online ads from individuals for instance who are entrepreneurs posing as private sellers and such selling refurbished phones with defects and issues. Dealing with proprietors Eric and Mazzi was a treat: they are direct, know their products inside out, and did not oversell or make over-the-top claims on a smartphone that I purchased from them. read more

I came to know Mazi at Itech when at their Bloor St. location. He saved my daughter money by advising her the least expensive way to unlock her phone for overseas use. I have since called him a number of times from Barrie to advise me when I receive conflicting information in town. Most recently he advised me on a cell phone issue recent refugees to Canada were experiencing. He really knows his stuff and he is generous to share information with me even though he makes no sale. I highly recommend him to others and I would make the trip to Toronto just to have him fix my phone if need be. I would greatly recommend this cell phone repair shop to everyone I know! The tech people there are so knowledgeable, professional and very courteous! Was devastated when my LGg3 phone "died"with all my info, but due to their expertise, not only were they able to revive the phone, but they were able to determine the cause of the problem, retrieve the information from the phone and helped to transfer it to my computer. This is the place to go for cell phone repairs. I brought an iPhone 6S in a little while back. The screen was damaged worse than America's post-Trump reputation. The guy at the front said if I could find a lower repair price he would beat it. Being the crafty guy I am i searched long and hard. Needless to say, couldn't beat the price and still happily walked out with the phone repaired. Great price, fast fix and awesome staff. Just got my phone fixed today in 30 mins! It was a moto x play which isn't the easiest due to the metal pieces in the speaker being so flush with the glass, but other than that it's like the phone is brand new! The staff was really friendly, helpful and even though the store was under renovation (just moved into the new Mt Pleasant Location) they let me stay while I waited. So far no major issues with the new screen, but there is a lifetime warranty if there are! read more

Great customer service and excellent turnaround time! They took time to understand the issue (i.e. broken glass on the phone, but no discolouration). No one else had bothered to ask this very important question. They fixed the shattered screen on my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. Mazi at the front desk helped me. Really quick service, prices were the best I could find (and I searched everywhere). My Iphone 6 Plus screen cracked and I called around for a few days trying to get the best price, these guys were great with the prices and surprisingly they were quick and had great customer service. I've been to 6ix Cellular twice in the past few weeks - once to get a phone unlocked and once to fix a bent volume button that rendered the phone useless. Went here to fix the broken glass on an iPhone 5s. They did it just in 30 minutes. Looks as a new one and works perfectly. They also give a lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend this place.
