As one who prefer the acidity of a light roast, they deliver with a Limu and Lekemte. The latter has a high residual sweetness with acidity and body well-balanced. The medium roasted Yrgacheffe is a proper medium (no oil on the beans). However, I do wish they would offer a ligher roasted Sidama, which is only dark roasted. I buy more beans from Aggudo than any other local roaster and Calgary has some stellar offerings. During the week on the day shift, the espresso based drinks are over extracted and bitter. Other than that shift, I have nothing but praise for the baristas. The day staff need more training on how to dial in properly. Since most my visits are off peak, I really have nothing to complain about. Highly Recommended.
