Came back from vacation and needed my driveway sealed before the end of the year. My regular company was all booked and couldn't get me in so I decided to have this company seal my driveway. I read all the reviews and figured this company would do a great job. I called them up and they quoted me $100 for crack filling and sealing my driveway. My driveway isn't that big and usually I never pay that much but I figured with crack filling included why not. They showed up and I noticed right away they didn't fill any cracks. All they did was seal the driveway and then take off. When I called to pay the bill I told the woman on the phone the quote was for sealing and crack filling but all they did was seal my driveway. She told me that she would mention it to the owner. Eventually after a few weeks they called me back and said they would come out and do the driveway again but I wasn't interested in moving my cars and waiting two days for the sealer to dry. I figured they would take off some money and not charge me the full $100. Instead I look on my credit card bill and they charged me the full $100. Definitely not using this company again. read more

Not sure why I never saw a person before the day of the job. I did appreciate the day of texts though. Was a little surprised when they told me they couldn't seal my driveway due to the type of cracks it had on the day they were sealing it. A little more communication pre-work would be nice. read more

I've used Devine Sealcoating twice in past years, and they did a decent job. When I called this year in July to get scheduled, Barb said they were scheduling for September, but couldn't give me a date. She took my info and said she'd call me back as soon as they had a date. Called again in August. Barb told me not to worry, promised she'd get me scheduled. When I came home today, Devine Sealcoating was just leaving my next door neighbors house after completing the sealcoating on their driveway. I referred them to Devine Sealcoating. Good to know their customer service is only if they can remember to follow through. I won't be using them again. read more

Called for an estimate and talked to Barb. She said Tiffany would come out for estimate. I requested a small repair as well as seal coat. Did not hear from them the next week, called again and Barb said Tiffany would be out the next week Tues or Wed. and would call an hour before arrival so i could show repair. Here it is Tuesday and I received a call from some girl named Brittney(sp?) and said she had my estimate. I said when were you here, she said 'this morning'. I told here i didn't want anyone on my property without me there, she said i stood at the end of your driveway. I told her i had repair and Tiffany was suppose to be here. Brittney said they don't do repairs on driveways not sealed before and they don't interact with customers because of Covid.. They can't even schedule an estimate without confusion and lack of knowledge. I sure won't have them seal new 1 year old driveway. Stay clear of these folks. read more

I hired this company to seal of my driveway. Barbara was great and quick in getting back to me, which I appreciated. However, the quality of work was disappointing. The layer was so thin that it didn't cover the cracks that were patched/filled by someone else prior to the seal. I had a pair of nice jeans damage because of it. I called Barbara to share my concerns. After she spoke to someone by the name of John, I was told that I would have to pay to get this fixed. I decided to terminate my business with the company. We have used a few other companies to seal our older driveway in the past. After a total tear out and new asphalt driveway installed we were dismayed when a friend's car leaked automotive fluids in two huge spots. Tom Devine came to give us a quick estimate and we scheduled our seal coating for the next week. He came when promised, worked alone to edge and clear the driveway, treat the offending stains and coat the asphalt with a heavy coat of sealer. It looked beautiful and then a stain peeked through a few days later. We gave him a call and he came back in a few days for a touch up. Quality work, great service and a fair price. It's not often that the man whose name is on the truck does the heavy work!! We recommend him and will use his services again. read more

Devine Sealcoating deserves 5 stars across the board! I am a first time homeowner and have never had to take care of my own driveway so I didn't really know what I needed. I sent inquiries to several local businesses. One other company got back to me but wouldnt come out and personally check my driveway for an accurate quote. They provided me an estimate without seeing what work should be done and quoted me for just a seal when in reality I needed repairs done too. When I asked them about potential repairs they said they only did it for jobs over $700. That wasn't the case with Tom at Devine Sealcoating which is why I cancelled my appointment with the other company and went with them. Tom was the most responsive. He was able to communicate/schedule everything via email which was very convenient for me. He was also very professional and timely with his replies and even had one of his team members come to my home for an estimate the day after my inquiry. His estimate was very reasonable for the work that needed done and my appointment was scheduled for the next week. I did not need to be home for the appointment which was convenient as well. They left instructions for after care and Tom's personal cell phone in case I did need anything. I am very pleased with my experience. Tom was wonderful and my driveway looks great!
