She had excellent reviews online, so I made an appointment and was able to get in relatively quickly. Mind you, I set the bar pretty high -- my previous doctor of many years was awesome, and what's more important than your health? It seems like most doctors these days (when you can finally get in to see them) are in and out as quickly as possible and treat questions as an annoyance rather than a legitimate right to understand your own conditions and treatments. Both Dr. Krish and her staff were amazing. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health history so she could prescribe appropriate screenings. She explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is also available for virtual visits when I'm traveling. Crystal went above and beyond to answer a question about my insurance coverage for a particular test (something my provider was incapable of answering correctly). So I can't recommend this office highly enough, even though doing so might make her too popular and (selfishly) less available for me.

She has treated me for many ailments, and I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service in her office. There have been a few rare occasions where I needed an immediate answer after-hours, and Dr. Arcand had given me her personal cell phone number to call, which was very rare in my experiences. The only reason that I can imagine that the person who left such a negative review is that perhaps the receptionist may have been out of sorts, not a good fit for the office. The two lovely ladies at the front desk were calm, collected, welcoming, and professional. The wait was not too bad. They were able to get everyone in and out within an hour and a half. There was roughly 7 or 8 people who had come in and gone since my visit. I required an EKG and chest X-ray. The young lady who first visited me was professional and reassured me along the whole process. Despite having to undress, she made me feel comfortable, which to me is a big deal! The doctor was wonderful! I wish I had caught her name. She was very detailed in her check up. She was attentive and gentle, she asked many questions, even about preexisting injury's or health concerns to ensure all the information was accurate. If you have an injury, I highly recommend coming here ! 10/10
