Dr. Minor actually does the upfront testing and diagnostics PRIOR to recommending meds. He's also very open-minded when listening to parents' concerns. Our son is now down to 1 med/day, thanks to Dr. Minor's isolating the problem. He's a scientific thinker, and doesn't just hunt-and-peck for a solution. The first time he called, the week after his appointment, he was told to wait for the imaging office to call him. He called to follow up a couple days later and left a message for the office but his call was not returned. The following week I tried to call, actually managed to speak to someone who informed me that a CT was never ordered and left a message for a nurse to call me but my call was not returned. I had been scheduled for a procedure but when I arrived at the appointment I was informed about some limitations needed to ensure that results were good. At the time, I could not stick to those limitations and decided to reschedule the appointment. The office staff was unable to reschedule at the time and I was told I would receive a call to make the new appointment. After not receiving that call in a week, I called the appointment phone number and left a message (their message said someone would call back within one hour). Another week went by and I called two times in a day - same lack of result. The last time I told them that this would be the last phone call I made to them. I have still not received a call back. I am now in the process of looking for a new Dermatologist. While I had been very pleased with the medical professionals in this practice, I believe the patient (customer) service is severely lacking - in fact, this last time it has been completely absent.

They made the request 3 weeks in a row and were told by Dr. Halcin's office that they would send it but never did. So another culture had to be taken and paid for. All in all due to the incompetence of this office and in turn Dr. Halcin's neglect of her responsibility to see and treat, it costs us $8,000 out of pocket over and beyond what the insurance paid.

Both Dr. Krish and her staff were amazing. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health history so she could prescribe appropriate screenings. She explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is also available for virtual visits when I'm traveling. Crystal went above and beyond to answer a question about my insurance coverage for a particular test (something my provider was incapable of answering correctly). So I can't recommend this office highly enough, even though doing so might make her too popular and (selfishly) less available for me.
