We are SO happy we transferred to Dr. Minor. Our son has some pretty severe allergies. The previous doctor just continued to push meds to "see which one worked". Dr. Minor actually does the upfront testing and diagnostics PRIOR to recommending meds. He's also very open-minded when listening to parents' concerns. Our son is now down to 1 med/day, thanks to Dr. Minor's isolating the problem. He's a scientific thinker, and doesn't just hunt-and-peck for a solution. He is also very caring, and has never rushed us out of the office. We highly recommend Dr. Minor!

He said he was going to order a CT scan of his sinuses and also allergy tests but to wait to schedule the allergy tests until after the CT results. We have been waiting for someone to call to schedule the CT and have not been contacted. I have contacted the office FIVE times for assistance and have still not been helped with this. The first time he called, the week after his appointment, he was told to wait for the imaging office to call him. He called to follow up a couple days later and left a message for the office but his call was not returned. The following week I tried to call, actually managed to speak to someone who informed me that a CT was never ordered and left a message for a nurse to call me but my call was not returned. I called again today, left a message for the nurse line ad my call has not been returned. I tried again this time pressing "2" for a call back and am still waiting. This is too bad because we both really did like Dr. Debnath and he very much seem like he was going to be able to help my son solve his issues but so far the experience with the office has been horrendous!

Today I asked my husband to find an allergist for me and my daughter and he found Lake Allergy, Asthma & and Immunology. He spoke with Cindy, who was extremely helpful and like an angel from above. My daughter and I were able to get in today. This staff is the nicest office staff: every one of them welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cooke is fantastic and listens and doesn't rush.
