I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. This man canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made my baby cry, and continued yelling, storming out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.
