Sundays? No problem! After business hours? No problem! Scheduling me during a holiday weekend so I can save my vacation days? No problem! If you're taking your business elsewhere, you're simply nuts. And worst of all? You're throwing good money away. My rear main seal requires him to drop my transmission! That's a huge job! Elsewhere it would've cost me just that job alone over $5k! On a jeep? Definitely! You won't find a more honest, down-to-earth, kind-hearted, hard working mechanic anywhere around with such a flexible schedule. Flexibility in other shops are limited but the owner's reluctance to pay their mechanics for working hours outside of their business hours. The past week the discount was $5 off all washes, so of course I decided to go with the Graphene which is the top tier wash. One thing I have an issue with at this car wash is that they never have enough cloth towels at the stations. I find myself wandering over to other stations to grab a cloth for cleaning my windows etc. Especially now since it's the spring clean season and time of the year where more people are on the road - I wish they would be more attentive to the stations. Even the cleansers were low yesterday which I did mention to someone and they seem to restock the stations later on. I was told they do not handle accounts there, that is handled at corporate. She wanted to know why I would want to access my account. WTH? She went on to explain that it is a small family-owned business, and the web site is not good. She suggested it was better to come talk to people there directly, who can (NOT) help you. Car wash is good but think they have it set up intentionally that you just get charged monthly and cannot cancel without it being an ordeal. The "small family-owned" shtick is exactly that, a shtick. You would think if they are all UF alumni as the Gainesville locations advertise, they would have at least one staff member capable of setting up a real website, not the BS they are passing off as account management.
