I've been a client of this facility for many years. I used multiple storage units for my business for equipment and file storage. After retiring, I used units for furniture storage and file storage until I finally reduced storage to a single unit. So, I've used their facility for more than 10-years, I've never been late on a payment and the owners/managers don't care about client loyalty. I initially rented a 15 x 20 foot unit for a reasonable rate of $140.00. It stayed at that cost for several years, and was maybe $165.00 when I moved out and into a 5 x 10 unit. The smaller unit was under $100.00 to start and has gone up three times in as many years to $120.00. Considering the unit is outside, the facility is old and likely paid for, it is my opinion that this facility is nothing but greedy and gouging their clients. If you're looking for a good storage facility, this isn't bad. Just remember, they'll gig you for cost increases over time. read more
