Three stars because we are repeat customers...were repeat customers. My daughters hair looks only vaguely like the cut she requested and she has black hair dye all around her face and neck. She drove herself or I'd have turned her right back around and insisted that they trim it more neatly and clean up the mess. I'm still in shock that a professional would allow a client to leave looking worse than if she had attempted a home hair color for the first time. The cost for this mess was $80, ridiculous. For now, I'm getting ready to run to Sally's Beauty Supply for hair color remover wipes and will probably have to trim the sides myself. read more

What can I say? He does it right the first time and every time. His experience and training shows in his work. I found this place several years ago and have gone back for every haircut. I only use Dewan so I can't vouch for the other hair stylist but they are busy and everyone is happy when I am there. They are expanding their scope into waxing and other services, long over due in this area. read more

I took my daughter in for a haircut and I guess Dwaine the owner , is anti tattoo and he had to make a comment about how I ruined my legs with tattoos. That is very unprofessional , you don't make comments about people's bodies or tattoos, I don't care if you are trying to joke around or not it's unprofessional. I have been to this location once before and was very pleased with the hair cut and the staff was really nice, friendly, helpful but today (Saturday 12/161/17 ) I went in again with hopes that I would get a good hair cut for my son and for myself . Before we get a hair cut, i showed two example pictures to the hair dresser so that she could do the exact same hair style for us. Firstly my son (2 years old) got his hair cut and she really did an ok job on it but his front hair was so short It was my turn this time and she really did a horrible hair cut with me. when i noticed that i did not want to get a front bang anymore. I told her i gave up and just leave it this way. It was so so so short ... I was so so angry and upset . it looks really bad. Oh my Gosh! I do not wanna look at myself on the mirror anymore. I am very curious that how come the woman could not understand me what style and how short hair i will like to get, even though i showed her the example pictures. I have had a bad whole day. I will NEVER go here again. Only good thing is that she did not charge me for my hair cut though. Because she knew she did a bad job. But she charged $15.00 for my son's hair. read more

I went here to just get a simple cut and was thinking about getting a style. So we get me in and I was all calm and we got me washed and cut. I sat down in the chair and she started to blow dry my hair. She leaves me in the chair and she walks off. Another guy walks up and starts playing with my hair. I had no problem at that point I just thought maybe she had something that came up and she had to leave. But as time went by maybe like 10 to 15 minutes she comes back and they keep talking about my hair. I had no problem in her having to leave there's an emergency but just getting up and leaving and not telling me why or where she was going is kind of upsetting. Then it came down to decision time. Whether or not I was going to get my hair styled. I ended up getting it styled. I was just going to get it curled. I have naturally straight hair and I told the stylist that it was naturally straight and it does not hold curls. She said it was not a problem, that we were just going to put a lot of hairspray. So she gets to curling my hair and everything is going great. she had put two different hairsprays in my hair. So I pay and it is not in the price range that I would like it have been but it was worth she had put two different hairsprays in my hair. So I just head out and I am on my way home and by the time I'm home even home at this point and I realize that my hair is stick straight. As a person who does not like to Yell and cuss at people for mistakes. But I was not happy. I had called him back and said what it happened my hair had gone back to being straight and I want to see what we can do. All they told me is that I could come back and get it re-curled and that it shouldn't have fallen. I understand that it should have fallen but that's the difference between it did. I did not have time to go back in so I asked if I could have my $10 back from getting it styled. And they told me that they could not do that. Saints just blow drying hair is considered getting a styled and that is an extra $10. So in conclusion do not waste your money and go to the salon. read more
