I had a car accident in October (avoiding a deer hit, I wound up in the guardrail) in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. Not only was I scared and in shock, I was stranded in WVA until he showed up within an hour (remember, I was literally in the middle of nowhere) and we took a 3 hour trip Roanoke to Land Rover in Roanoke, VA. He made me feel safe plus the whole situation was a seamless experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about expectations for the trip and what I might expect on a Sunday, particularly because the car was not road drivable. Did I mention, he's also a very likable guy! It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear. These guys do great work, In 2019 they replaced my leaf springs, u-bolts, and shackles. This year they packed the wheel bearing, upgraded my shackles and equalizers. I trust these folks to do the job right which is important to me as towing such a heavy RV, puts lives at risk traveling on the interstate at 65 mph. I'll come back here for as long as they are will to do the work for me. This shop works on all kinds of heavy equipment and the bays stay full which means their yard stays on the full side. It can be a little bit of a challenge maneuvering around with a dozen or more large trucks scattered about.

A guard rail on the eastbound lane only allowed me to get about 4 feet off of the white traffic line - scary. Sports Car Clinic recommended Mitchell's Towing for my Porsche. The driver arrived in only 25 minutes during 4:30PM rush hour, pulled in and arranged to pull my car up onto his rollback flatbed. My Porsche ride height is only about 2.9" off the ground but the driver had long extended plastic ramps with a gradual grade so it was super easy to get my Porsche on and off his truck bed without a scratch! He then tied down all 4 wheels. The service was efficient, polite and professional and the price was very reasonable..5 Stars!
