We had several phone calls and devised a good strategy to do the investigation and came up with a list of tasks that should be done. He did the first couple tasks and then just stopped working on the case. For example he would say he would do something on a certain day and then just not do it. Then he said he'd do it next week and again not do it. Eventually he just stopped answering the phone when I called and wouldn't return emails or phone calls.
