I have used three previous PI's before enlisting the services of Mr. Art Tilis. I can't count the number of other PI's who wouldn't take my case prior to that. I guess looking for your high school sweetheart after 26 years spooks them all out, except when it comes to Art. My case wasn't a "typical" situation, so maybe that's why I received so many refusals.
