If I could give Robert ten stars, I would. I can't overstate how helpful he was to me. My husband was running a con on me for 10 years with regard to his affair with another woman. Frankly, I have never used another service, so my review is simply based on my experience and need. Robert was prompt at returning calls, clear about costs, and provided what information he could gather. I didn't have much money to put into the investigation, so my results were not very good. I don't know if there are cheaper services and this is an area that is really hard to do apples-to-apples comparisons without a lost of cash to throw around (to do the same investigation using multiple services). This was my first experience needing a Private Investigator. I was very impressed after the initial phone call with Robert, and I hired him to serve restraining order papers on a very difficult individual. The individual had been hiding from the police, was facing a criminal assault case, and fled over 400 miles to try and duck and run. The police/detective could not locate the individual.
