They don't have a good reputation. Their inpatient unit is horrifying to say the least. People forced to eat with their hands, shiver because they won't give them their own clothes, etc. It's a sad state of affairs and I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

This was the only dentist in my (marketplace) insurance network that was nearby and accepting new…read morepatients. I was not told when I scheduled a new patient appointment for an exam and cleaning that this is done over two appointments, not was I told what my insurance would and would not cover. Very poor communication after having to call multiple times because my messages requesting an appointment were ignored. The first hygienist was wonderful, and I asked her if they make TMJ splints. I was diagnosed with TMJ 23 years ago, and the splint/night guard I was wearing recently broke. I scheduled another appointment for impressions, one of which had to be redone because that hygienist messed up. When I went back to get my splint, the sides were too long and the front was too short, which meant I would have choked on it unless I used denture adhesive to glue it to my teeth at bedtime. The dentist condescendingly told me it was an "occlusal guard" and not a TMJ splint. An "occlusal guard" is prescribed for clenching and grinding, which ARE TMJ symptoms, but whatever. HE told me HE would refund my money and gave me a snidely worded referral to another provider. I had to speak to the practice manager about my refund, which she told me would be in the form of a check within 6-8 weeks. That's not how I paid, and I had to pay in full before I could have impressions taken, but I was told that's my only option. I will not set foot into any of their offices again. Their communication is poor, their providers have God complexes, and the office manager apparently has no authority to resolve issues.

Upon arriving, Miranda at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. During my visit with Jessica she is super thorough and addressed all my concerns. I didn't feel rush which is unusual because at other places you only visit with the Doctor/Nurse Practitioner for maybe 2 minutes and then they are rushing out the door; definitely not Jessica. She took the time to talk to me about everything and I felt like she actually listened to me and wanted to help. She worked with me with my prescriptions; one was pricey so we switched to another prescription to help with the cost. She actually dropped off coupons for the new prescription the next day for me to my house (with my approval)!!! I was very appreciative that I didn't have to make the 25 minute trip back up to her place for the coupons! I look forward to having her as my new primary Nurse Practitioner, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

My health care provider Tiffany Orange has shown me today that Franciscan is unseemly place I could've chosen for my mental health. The 1st time I was there I was given a test on a clip broad and told to answer the questions (admittedly I should've read the instructions at the top before I begun answering the question but I didn't) I based my answers off of how I felt that day. Today I was given the same paper by a student in college that was suppose to be learning from Tiffany. Before he gave it to me he said "answer these based on how you felt within the last 2 weeks. So I did just that and my numbers where very different from the pervious time took it. This is because I wasn't thinking about how I felt in that very second like I was last time, this time I thought about how I'm generally feeling. So since my numbers were so different Tiffany saw it to be appropriate to say "is your medicine not working anymore or where you just lying on the last test because they were all 0s". I tried to explain that I hadn't followed the same instructions as last time, but I couldn't get a word out. With all of that she said that she had come to the "professional opinion" that I need to " go see a psychiatrist, because I have deeper routed issues than she can help with". She ended my appointment by slamming the door, and asking another woman to rush me out of the building.

My experience with Dr. Galante was more amazing than I can put into words. He's a true artist and…read moregenius. He has made me so much more confident in my body and has made me incredibly happy. From appointment one I had felt at ease and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and gave his honest opinion. When he could've told me something to make the surgery that I got more costly he took me another direction. He's not looking for your money, he's looking to make you feel beautiful. And he did just that. From surgery day to now, the last appointment I had. Truly amazing. I'll be recommending him for everything and going back for anything else I decide to get cosmetically done.

He wanted to say maybe it was something else. Nurse of his was great and she knew it ruined my face and seen the huge difference! He of course did not, wouldn't recommend him. As he told me to go home sleep on it. Maybe it's in my head. Clearly it's not. Dysport ruined my face within a few months. His nurse seen it why didn't he.
