These guys abandoned my job and left us. I am still paying other contractors to do what they said…read morethey would do. They claimed they went out of business but it appears they are still taking jobs. This has been the worst experience in 30 years I have had with a contractor

I am a disabled liver transplant recipient with copd that lives out of state. I hired this company…read more(Dragonfire Excavation) to clear some land put in a foundation and septic tank and leaching field, the land was cleared with Debree left behind and was told from the son (Doug) they were going to chip it up and never did. Built me a slab foundation that was uneven and used cinder blocks to build a foundation. When done the slab and foundation was not squared was out of square by 4 inches and the cap where the anchor bolts go in was an inch thick that didn't hold the sill plate in place cinder blocks were full of dirt (not cement). Doug and his father took my money to build a foundation that was unbuildable and took money for a septic tank and never (stole my money). Dragonfire Excavation told me that they used the money for the extra work they did that they never told me about said it was $27,000.00 and never delivered the septic tank after telling me it was on its way knowing they were never going to install it or fixed the foundation. Here are a few pictures of the mess I paid for it is now in the court system. The property has now been sold because I lost all my money. If anyone what to join my lawsuit please feel free to contact me @ kennthom59@comcast.net

Certainly have some supper nice peope working there but for my experience I would not recommend…read morebuying any kitchen cabinets there. I've had nothing but problems starting with the remote sales staff taking weeks to return emails resulting in delayes schedules. He stated the glass for the doors were included as long as we wanted flat glass, Cabinets arrived with no glass at all. Cost me five hudred to buy additional glass. The cabinet arrived with doors which the raised panles wobble and shake when you open and close the doors. Addiotionally cabinet doors worped due to improper fitement of the raised panel and frame. They offered to rework the doors but not remake them to correct dimensions. What a joke. The microwave drawer cabinet is an inch and a half too narrow. Nobody makes a microwave to fit the under sized cabinet and the counter tops are already insalled. OMG what a nightmare. Pending lawyers, Beware if you decide to buy cabinets from them. You will be on your own dime when things go wrong.

I needed a couple 4x4 pt Timbers and didn't want to drive 40 minutes so I stopped in at Ware Butler…read moreCorinth, Maine. I also needed fasteners. Their Timbers were less than a dollar more than the big box stores in Bangor and actually looked better. I'm sure the fasteners cost a little more but purchasing at Ware Butler Corinth saved me hours of time and the expense of vehicle fuel. The service was very responsive and courteous. I've been there before to get extra security keys made. They were very accommodating. I certainly will be shopping there in the future because they are only 10 minutes from home which will save me time and money.
