A few months ago, I took my daughter's phone to Rapid Repair to have the screen fixed. I was told that it would be ready in a couple of days, which turned into more than two weeks. Once again, Logan told me that I could pick it up in a couple of days and that he would call or text me when it was ready. I paid $186 up front and, as of today (01/22/2026), I'm still waiting to hear from him. Not only has he not responded to my numerous voice mails and texts, but the business has been closed every time I've stopped by in person and the website is not active anymore. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General a few days ago, and apparently I'm not the only one who has done so.
