Tried to make us purchase her $11k wand when we tried to walk out to get our husbands she got very upset stating we could speak for ourselves. Then dropped the price to $1k. We are so lucky two ladies on the street told us this happened to them and to return the eye cream. Lucky we were able to get our money back right away. Do not fall for this chalky eye cream that does nothing except provide a chalk line 1hour after wearing. However, a week later, I had to cancel my debit card due to other reasons. They waited almost two weeks and processed the refund again, not knowing that it appeared as a held transaction because they were unaware my card was canceled. Since it's a held transaction, it still went through. Now, my bank has filed fraud charges, and I am heading to the police station to press charges. I have all the paperwork to prove everything. Why would you stoop so low to do stuff like that to hardworking people with families to take care of? You are nothing but scum of the earth. I hope they lock up the so-called manager, because he is the one who processed the refund and had my information. People, stay away--these are scam artists.
