Completely disappointed. I'm a local and I've been coming here for the past couple years with my daughter almost every week. It seems every month new rules are being implemented. Previously was able to play with my daughter in the soft play area but now it's not allowed unless the parent purchases a pass as well. I myself never would jump on the trampoline but would watch my daughter play but now that is not allowed unless I also purchase a pass or you will have to sit outside the trampoline area out of view of your kid(s). If the parent purchases the pass you will than also have to purchase the socks or you will not be allowed in the area, even if your not jumping. You will notice all of the employees walking in and out of the trampoline area with their shoes on, all of the employees. Once after purchasing a pass I was told I needed to also get a card and then purchase tickets as well to enter the area which made no sense because I already purchased the 2 hour pass. None of the staff seems to be on the same page with what is happening or what the "current rules" are. They will usually close around 9pm but if you show up between 7pm-8pm they will still charge you for the full 2 hours even though your not getting it. No hourly rate and no discount for the time or pass for a following day just the full price for the 2 hours even though you don't get the time. The reason I'm now writing the review is to let people know my experience so that they can save their time. The new rule they are now implementing after I've been coming here for over two years is that in order for you to go to the trampoline area now you have to be 45 inches tall and my daughter is 2 inches shy of that and she has been coming to this place to play on the trampolines for a very long time and now all of a sudden she is no longer welcome because of her height. She is very disappointed and started crying there in front of everyone and couldn't understand because we have purchased so many pairs of socks every time we've come specifically for the trampoline area because you cannot go without their sock but now all of a sudden she's no longer welcome read more

Switch and Bate prices. Went to trampoline park said it was $22.95 They charged $34.95 Brought grip socks. Wouldn't let granddaughter wear them. I'm very disappointed with my experience booking the "Ultimate Celebration Package." I was charged differently from what the website and the staff clearly explained at booking. Management dismissed our evidence and refused to correct the overcharge. During the exchange they said they were "fine" with us filing a dispute, which -- combined with their response -- makes it seem like this is a recurring issue. I provided invoices and screenshots showing what was promised. Because the charge remains unresolved I have filed a formal dispute with my credit card company. Took about 35 students on a field trip to Dezerland. There was plenty of parking. We got there at about 1030 on a Saturday morning. Checked all the kids in and by 1100, we were inside on the trampolines. The students enjoyed it. Even me in my big age. Lol! We moved over go the skating rink where I realized that 90% of my students couldn't skate. Lol! There were plenty of supports to keep the kids balanced. The staff was pretty attentive. They even played music that the students enjoyed. Receiving and returning skates was pretty easy. We also made our way over to the arcade which was really fun. I love an arcade. They had a SpongeBob virtual game and I was in love with it. Lastly, we had lunch. Pizza, chicken tenders and some chips. Overall the food was ok. I was just disappointed with the size of the slices of pizza. Students received 2 slices of pizza BUT it was definitely one slice cut in half. Overall, it was a good time. Unfortunately, this business is not ready for full service. First there is really no directions on where to go and get started. If you follow the signs there is either no one there or you need to somewhere else to get started. We get to the ticketing area and I figure out there are passes with various activities verses pay per play. So before I confirm my card charge I ask to have it switched from one hour play for 4 to a pass. To work this work they short me $2. Oh well. We go to the VR games, the motorcycle game my kiddos identified on the sign no longer exists. They ask to play the skii game there are two station neither works. The flight game is shut off. One roller coaster game is working of the two. We actually left not using one of the tickets. On a Saturday at 4pm they have ran out of food and then magically restock but still managed to get the order wrong. We went to order and were told there's no pizza only fries. There is also no menu available. The place is not busy and only open 4 hours so far today. Of the three set ups we saw for food service only one was open and it said 21 & up only. The cashier at the bar (only food option available) apologized repeatedly stating he was flustered. He finally took our order (2 pizza pies, 6 fries, 6 sodas) and asked us if we could come pay once the food was ready so he could get through the remaining customers. When the food came we got chicken tenders instead of pizza. I told them it wasn't our order the cashier looked defeated and I have 4 kids ready to eat. I call the server back and tell him just leave the chicken. We get food no check. Room temperature Chicken tenders, 5 minutes later some fries, 3 minutes later some more fries, 2 minutes later sodas. We wait no one comes back to us. I go back to the bar the cashier is gone and it's the general manager working cash register. She is flustered too it appears but faking it best she can. She skipped us twice but I still waited. She ask how can she help is I state I already ate and never paid. She is shock and thanks us for being honest. She stated she is going to run the video back to see the cashier miss this. Uh ok. As per the general manager (Johana), cashier was ill so she sent him on a break. She even told me his medical condition which I know is inappropriate. But considering the condition I don't know if a 15 minute break was most appropriate and hope he is truly ok. I get the receipt $12 each for chicken tenders I didn't order and really only took to leave the cashier alone! And we are pretty sure this chicken came from the local grocery store's hot food section. I advise her this is unacceptable at this point. I tell her about the VR zone, over hearing staff radioing each other about the skating rink having concerns, the service concerns which I know she is aware of because she tried to briefly assist the cashier when we were trying to order. I tell her at this point a partial refund is most appropriate. She offers the two pizzas we never received ($26 total), I remind her we have eaten what we could and not interested in eating more as noted by the food left on the table. She asks for my contact information so she can provide me some coupons for my next visit. I advise her I can't use coupons for a place I don't intend to return to. She then offers tickets to activities today that I already paid for. She then goes back to the coupons and states so she can ensure we have vip service upon our return. I advise her she does not have the facilities to do that and I again don't plan to return nor will I recommend anyone else to come here. After speaking to the general manager, we went to the arcade and the attached pictures are games we tried to play but did not work. Im sure there are more. I saw some kids swipe their cards and the games not start although credits were taken off their cards. It happened with one of my kiddos and as soon as the staff was notified they knew exactly which machine. Why not put up signs and not rip the kids off? The idea for Dezerland is great but again they are not ready be full service. The kart area was decent, a little slow paced, more of a drive not a race. Staff at each area really tried a hand or two at decent customer service. This place is just not up to par to be fully functional and they should wait until they are. read more

I won't be back. The place is smaller than I thought over all. A lot of games in the arcade didn't work. Some of the ones that did work took my credits but didn't work. The food was trash as well. The hot dog was smaller than the bun in length and the nachos just sucked. The go carts say adult and kid carts. I paid for the go carts on a different side from where the go carts are located. When I got to the go carts I found out that the one big track is actually two tracks for adults and kids. One half is adult and the other half is kids. That kids and adults don't race on the same track. I then asked for my money back because I paid for 6 people 3 races each ($255.00). I wanted us to all race each other. Instead I was told no refunds even though none of the races had started yet. It wasn't even time to line up to get the gear on. So I don't see why I couldn't get my money back. This place knows they scamming you on the track. That's why the track is not explained to you or noted any where about kids/vs adults or that the track is divided in half. read more

This place has a lot of potential but need some upgrades. I purchased a deal from groupon, that included mini golf, arcade, and VR. At checkin I was told the mini golf wasn't closed, luckily the girl was able to substitute that with an extra VR. The VR was okay but need an major upgrade. A lot of the things weren't working. The workers in the VR area wasn't too friendly. After doing the VR, my group went to the arcade area. The workers there were very helpful and friendly. They walked around and asked if everything was okay. Just like the VR area, games weren't working in the arcade areas. But enough of the games were working. I loved the roll of pinball machines they have. The prize section for kids are a little pricey and should be a little cheaper. This place could be really good if everything were opened and working. Their website should also state which sections are open and at what time. Would go back to this establishment if they did a revamp. read more

Took my kids (ages 14 and 13) here on a rainy Tuesday and even with the Groupon discount coupon I feel like this place is too over priced for what you get and the customer service was terrible. The go karts themselves were mostly old and most were out of service. The Staff were more into socializing or on their phones than actually working. The package I got included an hour of unlimited arcade time for us all, but there was "problems" with the arcade so we had no other option but the trampoline area which was overrun by smaller kids. Not much for teens to do if the arcade isn't in service. Would have rather gotten a credit to try the arcade another day. Even the food staff was terrible. Got a few drinks while there, and the Staff were having a hugely inappropriate conversation full and not interested in ANY customer service other than the bare minimum. The VR room felt like an afterthought. One ticket per ride but the options are very limited. Save your money! Not worth the price when there's better places that aren't too far away. Massive trampoline jump park. Great rope and obstacle courses. I suggest you stay on this end of the park because it will keep your kids active and having fun. As you move towards the tech it goes down hill. The arcade is full of kiddy slot machines. The good stuff like mini bowling, air hockey, skee ball, basketball etc is often broken. The few real arcade games they have are in rough shape. But this is true of any arcade. The VR is pretty good. But mostly for teens. There is one ride for my 7 year old. Minigolf is a JOKE. A BAD ONE. I have not tried the bumper cars or racing. read more

Since the moment I got to purchase tickets for the go karts there was only one cashier. This place needs more love and better management. The go karts are ok but I was hoping more of a real go kart experience... the go karts here are electric .. they barely sound... Then the arcade most machines were out of order and old machines ... not a lot of fun. The food truly needs a complete makeover. . The hod dogs are hard and bread old. Had to return it.... Best birthday ever! My son truly enjoyed the experience. We decided to go on a Monday so that we would have less interaction with other families (now that covid is not going away anytime soon) the place was pretty much empty & we got to enjoy the entire park. They do have a bar inside the mini golf area but didn't have beer when we asked in the cafe area but no big deal. Food is very pricey so eat before you go. They offer typical arcade food, pizza, hamburgers, chicken strips and fires. The soft play area for toddlers is totally worth the visit alone. They have a lot of arcade games and even VR on the 2nd floor which is also worth the money if you have older kids. Overall, go during the week, eat before or after you go & look for online promotions to get better savings. read more

By everything, I'm talking indoor playground, gymnastic classes, aerial classes, an arcade with more than 200+ games, a 50's style diner inside, bars, AR games, stimulators, and party rooms. You can come with children or bring a group of friends. The place continues to expand... there's no limit to how much more they'll be adding to this park. It's extraordinary. To call this place "ghetto" would be an understatement. We brought the kids (7 10 and 15) because we were told they had an extensive "virtual reality" area that was for "all ages". The reality is this entire place is meant for kids under 12. The arcade kept our 15-year-old son occupied, but even the virtual reality games were for very young children (the ONE "adult" game was out of order). The food is worse than eating at an elementary school cafeteria (the staff was slow, the food came out little-by-little as opposed to the whole order at once, and it was all just BAD). Even the icecream was very low quality (think tubs of wholesale content that congeals like gum rather than melts). The "highlight" of the trip was some insane female customer shouting at the staff, calling them "pedophiles" for not giving her a refund for whatever reason. This place is massive! Your kids can have fun and spend hrs just jumping and playing! I would definitely recommend this place..more interesting if your bring kids with their friends! I saw kids of 12 months old and men .. this is how you can tell The Dezerland is for everyone! A lot of playing spaces..for different age. Areas are divided and separated! A lot of seating places for parents. Several cafes (snakes and simple bites...but iced coffee is pricey- reg size around $9). They also have something like a bar with alcohol drinks. Toilets are clean. Sensitizers everywhere. Employees wearing mask. You are not obligated- it's up to you. If you have a toddler (or just want your kids to run and jump) we paid $17. They have other rooms and areas where you need to pay extra for Virtual reality space. Or if your want to play games (a lot of machines like at Jumping Jumboree).. collect your tix and get your prize kinda thing. Music is loud but nice pop songs. Nothing very disturbing. So depending on your age you can find and have a lot of fun with your friends! You need to wear socks! Don't forget them or buy them right there. Big parking lot is big and free. Wow!!! I don't know where to begin . . . Beyond impressed!! This place was immaculate!! The staff was helpful, polite, patient in answering questions & a breath of fresh air! Shout out to Gigi that helped with the go-karts, Wouben from the snack bar (did I mention the food was priced appropriate? To our surprise it was DEEEE-lish!! Juicy cheeseburgers, a chicken Greek salad that was fresh . . .) let's say a special "THANKS" to Miss Millie that went above and beyond to accommodate us. All the games worked in the arcade ~ I could go on & on!! We will NEVER go back to Dave & Who?? Oh and Jeanette the bartender knows how to make a proper cocktail!! A hidden gem in North Miami. My kids enjoy going there to drive the go karts. They have an arcade, a ninja park, a small cafe, a virtual reality game area. However due to COVID some areas have been closed or under renovation, I believe. Employees have good customer service skills. The only downside it's a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. read more

GOO - it's totally worth it!! We came on Saturday and my kids loved it! It's really reasonable priced and we spent 5 hours here!!! There is definitely no shortage of things to do and the GM was super nice! A few machines were down but what arcade doesn't have that during service? The Tou Story VR rose is so fun!! This place is a bit pricey but my kids always have fun. I sit at the bar while they're playing and have a drink. There's a new bartender named Marcy and she's very nice and adjusts my drinks to the way I like it which is definitely worth tipping! . Looking forward to coming back. read more

Played the virtual reality game for 4 and the machine broke down halfway during the game. The glasses were uncomfortable. The graphics are poor quality. That was a waste of money. The no refunds policy is ridiculous & unfair it's not our fault they don't want to spend money on repairing their machines often and accordingly. The Go Karts was fun that was worth it. We hired the place to celebrate a birthday, and of course, they give you a contract with such small letters that you can't read. But they don't explain the rules of the place to you. They're not even posted at the reception, they offer the entertainment, which is the place itself, and the food, which is expensive and poorly served. Our guests arrived at the hall and had to wait over 15 minutes for the food. When it arrived, there were no sauces or utensils to serve it. The woman who was supposed to attend the party was slower and more disoriented than us, so we had to fetch the utensils and sauces (only ketchup because there was nothing else) and help with the refreshments. But here's the surprising thing about the place: THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN'T HAVE A PINATA OR BALLOONS! If you've ever planned a child's party, you know that the most expensive things are the pinatas and balloons, including the gas to fill the balloons. Well, you can't bring any of that. You wasted your money and time for nothing, if they had said it or had noticed the rules for children's parties, we wouldn't have wasted our time. The manager is quite rude, and of course, the employees are equally arrogant and quite conceited. Complete disorganization: registering the children, finding the party paperwork, handing out cards for the children to go to the game area... for everything! What a great frustration on that day to celebrate the child's birthday. Honestly, I don't recommend spending a single dollar trying to have a party at this place. And let's not even talk about the person who sells the parties, please. They have no idea what they're doing. What a disaster of a place! What a shame to have spent money there. My 3 year old nephew loves this place. Here are 5 amazing highlights: 1. There is plenty of free parking 2. There is a huge variety to do from the trampolines for big and small children to roller skating, an arcade, go carts a haven for birthday parties, laser tag, and VR games. 3. The music is great 4. Purchased Mini Golf/Arcade/VR ticket via Groupon. once arrived we were told no mini golf today we could opt to have a 2nd VR Ticket or extra arcade credits. We took the extra arcade ticket. 80% of VR rides and arcade games were down. Once we wasted through the arcade credits we headed to trade in tickets and came to find the shop closed. We were unable to trade in tickets and told when we returned we could redeem. As tourists we wouldn't be returning again but even if we lived locally this wouldn't be a go to with our kids. read more

This place is a joke! Went for a family outing last night, food was super expensive (empanada $6.99 each! Chicken nuggets $22!) Arcade games like PAC Man were less than 2 minutes then you had to swipe your card again! Unfortunately my daughter had a horrible accident with the GoKarts as the wheel would not turn because was too hard, one of the staff was informed but was clueless then she slammed into a wall and her helmet was completely smashed and broken, her collar bone was injured and staff was completely uncooperative. Had to call paramedics. All staff minus one were ignoring what have happened, I mean, what kind of protection a kind can have when the helmet that supposedly protects you shatters on first impact? That's why as soon as you enter you must sign a "waiver." Not coming back, that's for sure! read more

We planned our company holiday party here and reserved an adult karting event. They apparently had their own corporate holiday party which had us behind schedule with mediocre service. If we had known about this, we would have not gone. Upon arriving, we were told to wait by the bar. We were serviced by a guy who was honest enough to tell us that he is not a bartender. He was forced to become one because all of the actual bartenders were at the corporate holiday party. His iPad was also not working so it was cash only. We all had one, maybe two, sips of our drinks and ended up throwing them away. They were terrible. We planned on go-karting first then arcade but while waiting, we were told that corporate will be going before us. We were directed to the arcade first. Waiting was a waste of our time. The only thing worth in the arcade was bowling. Other than that, a lot of the machines were either broken or not functioning properly. Go-karting was fun but they're electronic. We were pumped to see who won between the 7 of us, but then got told that they don't count the time. Even though there's a big digital board that displays the time of each kart. Ours just wasn't timed. We were then directed to a banquet hall where the bar is and were provided with pizza and wings. I'm sorry, I know this is an arcade but that pizza was straight up cardboard. Little Caesars is better. After eating, we were told that we only had 10 minutes to use up all of our arcade coins. AGAIN, if we were not forced to be behind on time, we would of had more time. 2 out of 7 of us did show up late, maybe 15 mins late, but even that we did a lot of sitting around and waiting. The employees that helped us out were nice. But they mentioned that they don't typically do these tasks.
