    End of Terminal C

In terms of airports and terminals, Terminal C is a sight better than Terminal A. But considering how this place was undergoing construction, I'm rather disappointed that only the last gates of the terminal were upgraded. Despite the government shutdown, we were out of TSA in less than 5 minutes (We had TSA Pre-Entry). I highly recommend getting that if you can because after 9am, this TSA is a nightmare. Bathrooms are kept moderately clean here. If it gets too crowded in one area, just walk an extra five minutes to get to the next location. If you are rushing your flight, there are a lot of employees that can drive you to your next location even if it's at a different terminal.

Broken elevators, broken escalators, old fixtures, old furniture, and everything is dirty. Only one clean bathroom with modern fixtures in the entire facility. Everything else is at least 40 years old half the outlets indicates don't work extremely poor lighting intermittent Wi-Fi connection connections. The amount of airline travel going through here if I can ever book another travel plan and avoid this airport I will

We flew in to Dallas/Forth Worth airport yesterday. This airport is huge and runs smoothly. Our flight was on time and we were lucky enough to have Chick fil A at our gate. My only complaint would be the bathroom situation; definitely need more. I did find it funny that they listed a "wait time" on a sign while in line--coming from a vacation @ Disney; this was hilarious! Well played, DFW ;)

Nice clean airport! Plenty of food options in this terminal area. More restaurants than fast food which is nice. I did enjoy the chairs with the foot rest. Easy to read signs, on time departure!

Yelp 100 Challenge - #27 Currently terminal c is being renovated so be aware if your flight is arriving or departing from this terminal. If you need the terminal link because you parked in a different terminal, be sure to walk inside of the airport and exit at the correct location. You will be unable to walk safely with luggage on the lower level because of construction. Just a note escalators and elevators are old or out of order, so be sure to read the signs to know where you should exit. Good Luck!

Airport was easy to navigate. Shuttles to the various gates. All separated from another. they have yoga at this airport, doggy bathrooms, Whataburger, and so much more

The woman's restrooms are at gate C7 & C20. C1 has both men and women's restrooms plus the lost and found. You can connect to Terminal A via a long walk way from C1 m if your flight gets moved to/from A and you want to get your steps in. Food courts by C10 & C23.

Seriously, you want us to walk down the garage ramps? I'm not risking my life to do that.

Terminal C put simply is a hot mess. Whoever the architects are don't know how to stage the project. No A/C in baggage claim and it's 98 outside. The North Parking garage is not handicapped accessible so get ready to lug luggage up and down stairs. When it is nighttime it is really hard to see signage especially when you have construction lights blinding you. Has a safety officer er thought to drive around at night and see how dangerous it is?

It is going to be a loooong day! DFW is a madness on Friday evening! I leave for Ontario, CA in a little over an hour!

Waiting on our flight the terminal had many restaurants and coffee shops. My choice was for a coffee at Starbucks.

. While the walkways aren't as wide as terminal D, there's adequate amount of seating at each gate.

So far the experience hasn't been great today. We boarded our flight to China and had to disembark…read morebecause the engine wasn't working, leading the a/c to also malfunction. They are currently in the process of fixing the issue. Our flight was expected to leave at 10:40. We got stuck on the plane in the heat for 30 minutes. Now we are waiting for the issue to be fixed in order to embark once again. Tentatively the airline stated that we should be boarding now but we still are awaiting. The staff on our flight were all nice and accommodating. They were also very hot and obviously have nothing to do with the issue. Hopefully this problem is fixed as soon as possible. We have a wedding to get to so hopefully everything isn't delayed any further. On July 1st our flight got delayed an entire 24 hours. We were issued a $12 food voucher and a hotel voucher that was actually a motel with a foul odor. The shower was disgusting as well. We ended up booking a different hotel out of pocket. We were told that our flight was re-scheduled for 11:15 am for July 2nd and that there shouldn't be any more issues. We were also told on July 1st that we can go down to baggage claim if we wanted our luggage and that it would be available in 30 minutes to an hour. Once we got downstairs they said our luggage was not available for another 30 minutes to 5 hours. The staff at American Airlines baggage claim were extremely rude and dismissive. We never ended up getting our luggage because they did not have an actual estimate of how long it would take. Day 2 of our flight being delayed. We arrived at the airport and it seemed like things were looking up. We get to the gate and are awaiting for everyone to be able to board. As we're waiting we're told once again today that our flight will be delayed 45 minutes now because the plane is having the same issues with the a/c not functioning. They also stated that it was a different plane, how can a totally different plane have the same issue occurring. It does not make any sense. Now the airline is saying that the plane is out of service. They stated that the plane is coming from the hangar and it will take 30 minutes. Out of no where they say that we have to go from Gate D33 to Gate D65. Now they are saying that we have to wait 6 hours for our new flight with a new plane. So instead of our 24 hour delayed flight leaving at 11:15 am, we are now scheduled to leave at 6:00 pm according to the updates we have received. I am extremely disappointed and do not ever want to fly with American Airlines again. We are flying to China for a wedding and have had to cancel multiple reservations that were made in advance and it's also looking like we are not going to make the wedding. This is absurd and has affected all of us traveling emotionally and physically.
