WELL yesterday was my first appointment and upon my late arrival I come in to speak and interact with the most nastiest Receptionists attitudes I've witnessed when it comes to seeking prenatal care . She didn't even let me finish the first sentence to come out my mouth. Essentially, she just yells out in the whole office when it was just her, another patient and me "DR. MONTANARO IS DELIVERING A BABY!, & IVE ALREADY MARKED YOU AS A NO SHOW." I must've had to really gather all my pregnant angered, Wild emotions REAL QUICK because she almost got popped in the mouth. She has no patients when it comes to colored people. She preceded with being so disrespectful to ask me "WELL I CAN PUT YOU IN FOR NEXT THURSDAY, DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT." I was real astonished so I started to treat her just as she was treating me. I told her "well why didn't you call me before 2pm to advice me that Dr. Montanaro was going into delivery because I just wasted 45 minutes of my time driving here when I don't have a google maps functioning on my phone." She has the audacity to reply me with another screamed reply saying, "OHHHH YOU WASTED YOURRR TIME, WASTED, WASTED HUH." She even started looking at the patient behind me for a reaction. The patient started laughing alongside her and she even looked towards the hallway to get more reaction from whoever was there to make her feel better as an evil woman she is. She says I have an appointment next Thursday and I HOPE SHE HAS THE SAME ATTITUDE AS YESTERDAY JUST TO PUT HER IN HER PLACE BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! #BLM WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED MISFAIRLY. Dr. Montanaro I know is a wonderful doctor and I bet he helped give birth to a beautiful baby but he needs to see that while he's not in his office he's got a receptionist who thinks she owns the whole business plaza and that to me ain't sliding. Park lane allergy offers rush allergy shots and the traditional weekly shots over the years. I chose the rush allergy shots where I take one day off from work to sit in their office and do most of the shots upfront then two months weekly shots before I go to monthly. That works way better with my schedule demands. Everybody in the office was very nice. Also, I love their hours, open at 7AM and close for lunch everyday and half day Friday. I'm an early morning so I will take that time to better fit my schedule.

Should they have known I was over 65 when I made the appointment, or when the doctor met me? I then left SIX long voicemail messages to the business manager over 2 months time but no one called me back. They continued to send me payment reminders and last week a final notice before they were going to send it to collections. I was planning to go to the office to discuss the matter in person but my wife and I decided to not worth making a scene, so I paid it through the phone. Appointments are often overbooked so every visit will include extended wait times (1 hour+) without considering the scheduling of other patients. The doctor herself is highly knowledgeable but takes a wholistic approach to mental healthcare trying to find alternative solutions to lifelong clinical mental health issues. I was made to feel like I was the only patient she's ever seen with ongoing issues as her solutions that may have worked for other patients, did not work for me. She is also dismissive and doesn't fully listen to your wants and needs. At my most recent appointment, she did not understand my request for microdosing to continue experiencing weight management while saving on cost. She provided no clear timeline for tapering off of Zepbound to maintain my current weight and made me feel that she could no longer help me and failed to refer me to a specialist. I do not recommend this facility unless you are extremely overweight and believe in wholistic mental health treatment. I submitted this review on Yelp as her Google reviews are typically deleted or commented on to put blame on the patient.

I'm letting my YELP family know that NTIHN has temporarily moved all of their appointments to the Frisco office due to the pandemic. They have an impressive COVID-19 protocol in place for your protection! If you are immune-compromised, I'm letting you know this office is doing an excellent job of keeping you safe. When I arrived, a note said to wait outside and ring the doorbell. Office staff met me at the door and instructed me to stay on the entry rug. No one was seated in the lobby. She took my temperature and had me fill out a COVID-19 related questionnaire. Everyone in the building was wearing a 3M type medical mask. I was taken straight to an exam room, and instructed to place my personal items in a bag they provided for me. I changed into a gown. As I waited they had a monitor in the room that stated: this room was sanitized with medical-grade wipes between patients, and steamed cleaned last night. We are also utilizing medical-grade air filters throughout the facility to capture a large percentage of airborne COVID-19. Nice! NTINH works as a team, amazing people who definitely go the extra mile. I've been a patient of Dr. Sorins for years, he was the first doctor to take my migraine pain seriously. Eventually, the Botox for migraines is what saved me. I thank the entire team here! Because of Dr Sorin, I'm able to live a normal life. Stay safe.
