Jacob and Eli transformed my rear dented and scratched bumper resulting from someone backing into me. Although the damage was minor, traditional body shops charged $750-$1,300 to replace and paint the rear bumper, bumper cover and reflectors. Jacob scheduled me quickly and Eli came to my home and completed the work in about four hours at the agreed upon cost. They don't guarantee perfection, which wasn't necessary for me on a 6-year-old car (I would have gone to a traditional body shop for that). In my case they merely smoothed out a crease, sanded the scrapes, and painted the damaged area on the bumper. I can live with slightly scraped reflectors. Definitely consider them as a quality, lower cost alternative if your vehicle has dents, scratches, scrapes. read more

We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of our car paint repair. We had a few scratches on door panel and because our car was new wanted to make repair. So instead of having scratches, we now have little bubbles and dots on paint. I asked many questions when I booked our appointment and was reassured that the results would be comparable to a body shop. However, now that there are issues, tech reported that because it's a mobile paint repair, it's not reasonable expectation to not expect flaws due to " elements" such as dust. My experience with DFW Bumper Solutions was a great one. I had been told by several other businesses that it would require a new bumper, but DFW Bumper Solutions was able to make it look like a new bumper without having to replace it. I was amazed that they were able to repair it. It even had a tear that you can't tell was there anymore. They also repaired a couple of bad scratches on one of my quarter panels. The paint didn't quite match the quarter panel the first time they did it (it was hard to tell at the time because they did the repair in the garage instead outside in the sunlight).
