I told him that he obviously was having trouble paying attention and hung up. Whoever owns and runs this business needs to pay attention to detail regarding who they charge with answering the phones and fielding calls. It seems as if the new normal is to get workers with the attention spam of a chipmunk and the language skills of someone fresh in from Juarez. I am going to give my business to a company with people who KNOW how to deal with the public, speak English and understand that treating EVERY potential customer politely is paramount.
