The dumb motherfucker straight used hair clippers and gave an Aussie a buzz cut absolutely ruining her double coat. It is going to take 6 months to a year for my dog to get back to where she was. I told the groomer that my pup had a cyst removed 14 days ago just over her eye (the vet cleared Marley to get groomed and said it had healed " beautifully") and to "please avoid that area". The groomer did the opposite... i picked up and my poor dog couldn't open her eye. I spoke to the manager and she said that "they must have gotten some soap in her eyes". I was told by the "manager" that an and all vet bills would be covered. After an emergency vet visit and $700 later. My dog had an ulcer Over 3/4 of cornea and the vet said there was "substantial amount of soap in her eye". I call the owner either Tim or Tom and he refused to reimburse me for my vet bills and completely dodged all my Follow up calls. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the owner was one of the worst and shocking customer service experiences I've ever had. One of my dogs is a high-anxiety rescue who requires medication for grooming, and couldn't be groomed that day due to construction noise going on at the facility. When I asked to briefly speak with the owner about the situation, he interrupted me before I could explain and said, "That noise is not our problem. I don't care." When I questioned that response, he repeated, "I don't care. Just leave." I was honestly stunned and simply picked up my dogs and left. A few minutes later he called me. Instead of speaking to me in a professional way, he immediately justified his behavior by saying he was stressed because of the construction. When I told him I wasn't returning he called me a "two-faced b****" and told me to "f*** off" before hanging up on me. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and Amber has always been wonderful with my dogs. But the way I was spoken to by the owner was shocking and completely unacceptable. Pet owners trust businesses like this with animals that are essentially members of their family. Being told "I don't care" twice by the person running the business, followed by that kind of treatment, destroyed any confidence I had in returning. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dogs back.
