It appears the company has made it nearly impossible for customers to reach anyone who can actually fix billing problems. Continuing to charge consumers after cancellation is exactly the type of recurring billing issue Missouri lawmakers have tried to address. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General.

We paid $7.00 (wow a pretty healthy price) for a wash a the "drive-thru" stall. There was no undercarriage cleaner as promised by the advertisement and there were no heated air blown dryers to dry the water. Once we were complete and drove out we got out and looked the car over. It was obvious that our car was as dirt coated "after" we went through the wash as it was "before" we went through the wash. This experience is the worst I have ever had at a car wash. The Paradise was not something my wife and I were able to experience. Once I got home I had to completely re-wash the car and missed the much anticipated NFL Professional Football 1st Quarter play-off between Cincinati and Houston. My number is 816-591-7842. They have hot water for washing and rinsing, which is a huge place in the winter time. The price for what you get seems to be fair with self service. I went on a Thursday night and the facility was in quite disrepair. Two of the bays were closed had cones blocking them. The automatic wash was closed as well. There were four or five employees running around doing something or other. There were a couple guys sitting on stools doing nothing. I worked at a car wash. We didn't have stools. When things were broken, we fixed them instead of sitting around. Maybe things are different now. The potential for a really great experience here, but I didn't have one. I will give them another shot. Maybe it was an off night.

This one is a completely enclosed so it eliminates the freezing problem. The free vacuums are a plus, but some have very little suction so you have to search until you find a good one. I have the membership because I can never remembered have quarters for a vacuum and I don't want salt damage to my vehicle.

I almost paid for the little splash because I wanted my undercarriage washed from all the salted roads. Good thing I mentioned it to the cashier because their undercarriage is currently not working. Otherwise I would have paid more and not even get what I was paying more for.
