So nice we had to go twice! When my girlfriend and I visited Niagara, we only planned on eating here once for dinner. But after we did so, we had to come back before leaving. The food here is incredibly flavorful, and we loved sharing each other's entrees. My favorite meal was the goat curry and the garlic naan. The mango lassi is also the perfect complement. They did warn us before ordering some meals that the food would be spicy, but I didn't think there was anything that was too spicy for me. The servers are also super friendly, and our meals came out quickly. The next time we're visiting the falls, we'll make sure to stop by!! read more

This place is so good, we came back to have dinner here twice in a row! We loved it. The area is in upper Clifton hill and is near all the nice Clifton Hill attractions. The service was pretty quick and the server was very accommodating. The first night we had their Delhi style Butter Chicken and the Lamb Curry. The second night we had the Goat Curry. There are a lot of restaurants in Niagara so it can be hard to choose a place, but I highly recommend coming to Dhaba on the Falls. The restaurant looks brand new and has very nice decorations. It was very busy but we were still able to get a table without waiting. They have a long list of vegetarian options! I ended up trying the samosa chaat and dhal puri. Both were SO GOOD! The sauce on the dhal puri was so flavorful and fresh. The samosas were perfectly seasoned and spicy. My parents got the lamb vindaloo. I didn't try the lamb but they said it was very well cooked and tender. I dipped our garlic naan in the vindaloo sauce and it was sooo good. It was rich and spicy and very tasty. Way to creamy for my taste Butter chicken- too creamy but the chicken was moist Chef special paneer- too creamy as well. The server didn't even ask what spice level we wanted. I cannot believe I didn't try this place before, this place gets so packed, one of the best Indian food I had so far in Canada. I got the Delhi style butter chicken, chicken vindaloo, lamb biryani. The service was excellent, gave us complimentary water bottles, the naan was hot and fresh. The lamb biriyani was excellent, the rice was fragrant, meat was tender, perfect balance of spice. The Delhi style butter chrome had good amount of heat and sweetness that's the perfect butter chicken not too sweet, the chicken murgh tikka had good flavour too it just wish it came out sizzling but I think that's hard just because with the volume of people coming in and out and this place does not take reservations, the biriyani was insane one of the best biriyani I ever tasted, meat was tender loved the aromatics with the rice, I could come back here, if I come back to Niagara Falls. I could eat the butter chicken all day, I belief this is true authentic Indian food nowadays Indian food has become westernized, this place brought Indian food back to Canada. read more

This place was packed even at 10:30pm on a Sunday night!!! Great location! Great Food!! Great place!!! There is free parking across the street off Clifton! And we only waited about 15mins which was fairly quick! The music was right on and set the mood for an awesome evening! We were greeted right away by the host and we placed our order! The menu was was boasting amazing authentic Punjabi dishes and I wish we could have tried everything! But we went with the seekh kebabs and Delhi style butter chicken (bone in and spicy AF) The kebabs came out sizzling and paired well with the tamarind chutney! A amazing way to start our dinner! And then the main dish... Delhi Style Butter Chicken.... I had a bite and immediately needed Lassi! It was THAT SPICY!!!! However my husband was enjoying and savoring each and every bite!!! He's a true Indian and was immediately taken back and reminded of "home" and the curry paired well w the naan, which was soft- buttery- and perfect! We ended the meal w ras- malai which was sweet and milky! Overall great food!! Unfortunately the service was quite slow- it took them over 25mins to bring the food out and then another 20+mins for the main dish, and another 25mins to bring the dessert! Though the quantity was good - the food itself wasn't in the list of top Indian foods I've tried. Food is great and if you want a side of racism this is a great spot. My boyfriend and I wanted some Indian food for our 1st trip to Canada on Valentine's day, unfortunately things fell behind and although we arrived late night at this restaurant (close to 1 am) there were still a few tables there. The host was very kind and apparently the only person who paid us any attention. The servers seemed to discuss amongst themselves who would go to our table to help us only after the Host came out from the kitchens to let them know we had been seated at our table waiting on someone. We realized we had a plastic table call so we thought maybe the staff just relied on that to pay attention to patrons. Towards end of our meal we used it to get our check and the server went to another table instead to ask if they needed help and looked over at us and then signaled to a different server to come help us settle our bill. We even tried to assume maybe it's a language barrier or strict rules on dividing tips but the whispering and the looks don't help their case. I really wanted to like this place. The food was tasty but during my meal I noticed that the chicken for the butter chicken I ordered was raw. I washed off the sauce to double check and it was indeed raw, the meat was still pink for that piece and it didn't flake, felt and looked like raw chicken. I called the staff over to let them know and they first told me that they didn't understand what I was saying, then they came back and said it's not possible because they cooked it, despite the piece of raw chicken being right there in front of them. It's really horrible customer service to be okay with serving your customer raw food and not own up to your mistake, and just dismiss everything despite having evidence right in front of you. First meal in Canada! After seeing Niagara Falls and the reviews for this place, I decided to give it a try. The Mango Lassi is decent. Nothing to rave about. The sweet lime soda was interesting but it needed ice. Service was mediocre even though it was not very busy. As for the food, the butter chicken was watery, lacked salt, and made with white meat that was a bit dry. Butter chicken sadly really needed butter. The lamb korma was better in terms of flavor. All food was great with lots of flavor! Our server Nabina was very nice and helpful. The inside was very nice as well. We did not have to wait for a table on a Monday night. They have lots of vegan options and make notes on dietary restrictions to ensure your food comes out correctly. Pani puri comes with 6 balls with ingredients on the inside, and pani to pour in yourself. The roti comes with butter on it, but you can probably request for it to be served without butter. The water was in disposable plastic water bottles. They have parking passes that you have to get from the host of you want to park in their parking lot. read more

This is an okay Indian restaurant on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. The food is ok quality and the waitstaff is hit or miss (some are good some are bad). They didn't have many traditional Indian items at an Indian restaurant like Paneer Tikka Masala (but they had Chicken Tikka masala, the same exact dish but just put paneer instead of chicken) and didn't have pakoras. They also kept pressuring us to give them 5 star reviews but I'm going to give an honest review. We came here because of the good reviews, but now I know many of them weren't true. BEWARE they do NOT serve any rice with their curry entree dishes. This was our first time trying this place out and we had ordered Dahi puri, Butter chicken, Delhi style butter chicken, Dal makhani, Chana masala, Palak paneer, 3 butter nans, 2 salty lassi, Mango lassi and 2 Mango falado. So we ordered a bunch of stuff. Drove back to our hotel which is 30 min away only to see there was no rice. I called to see if they forgot the rice but nope! Apparently rice is not complimentary! Which is very new to me bc every Indian restaurant we have ate at serves rice with all the curry entrees. No where on the website does it mention rice is not included. And the gentleman who took my order didn't even mention rice is not included. The lady whom I asked if they forgot to add the rice got real rude with me saying "it's not on the website so rice is not complimentary, where does it say rice should be included?" Since you're running the business maybe it's your responsibility to let customers know "hey btw rice is not included would you like to add rice?". Also we had ate a place literally right next door and their food came with rice. The lady was like not every restaurant is the same. I 100% agree but as a business owner or even the person taking the order should have done the due diligence of mentioning the no complimentary rice with curry policy... if someone orders all this curry what are they supposed to eat it with? My fault for not checking the food before leaving. But they definitely need to make things more clear on their website on what they offer and don't offer.
