Christi did a full comprehensive assessment of my health (which took hours) then started out with a highly regimented herbal prescription. Once that seemed to lessen my initial systems of discomfort, we combined acupuncture into my weekly routine. Within a short period of time, my main health issue I was seeing her for started to heal and disappear. Soon, I was bringing my teen-aged kids too from the common cold to minor sport related injuries. Now their teammates are going in too after seeing the results. Christi has done, moxa healing, electro acupuncture, ginger moxa, cupping, herbal foot soaks which are heavenly and a whole array of other holistic services on my family. Recently, I had a setback with my health and with the Stay-At-Home policy in place, South Bay Total Health was closed to patients. When Christi suggested Energy Healing, I was open to the idea. I was willing to try anything to rid the pains my body was going through. Before we started, she sent over simple instructions and when the time came, I wasn't sure what to expect as she physically was not with me. During the session, I felt calm. At first I actually came here with the impression that the herbs are available for preventative measures but it's basically for ailments. A consultation plus a seven day supply of herbs is about $130 so it is not cheap. However, if you actually do your homework on the different herbs you can find them all here. The cashier/staff to the doctor has on hand , has limited knowledge, so it would be best if you come prepared to get what you want in terms of preventative medicine. The doctor himself is kmowledgeable and would probably be worth the $35 to figure out a cure to persistent issues

You can book online on their website and it was super easy. I appreciated the private environment. My masseuse was very kind and she was explaining to me the benefits of getting a Japanese Dry Head massage. While I think the main claim presented to me was not founded in science, a massage is a massage. And, I love massages. I had the chest, shoulders, neck, ears, and scalp 1 hr experience. I found it odd they say "dry" in the description but I guess that's because there are all these head spas where you are under a waterfall on social media, and this is not one of those places. The massage was respectable and relaxing. I was drifting in and out. There was not one painful maneuver by the masseuse. It's a massage with your clothes on experience. I was sitting on a comfortable recliner fully reclined. They don't use any massage oils. The towels they use to cover your eyes has a nice scent on them. Everything was clean. I appreciated it was an all-in price including the gratuity. It was a fraction of price of a Burke-Williams massage and slightly pricier than what you can find at a multitude of massage studios in the South Bay. Overall: The experience was nice. I have no issues. I appreciated the experience although I think I just prefer massages with massage oils on massage tables and laying down. If you don't like massage oil, prefer to keep your shirt on, and you want privacy, this place would be perfect for you.
