I have also had an amazing experience there. I have seen a few different massage therapists and all have been excellent. I am currently going to Melissa - she does a wonderful job and checks in throughout the session about pressure, comfort, and reminds to relax and breathe. If massage is a regular practice for you, the membership option is really good! I have been going to The Lotus Room for several years now and will continue to return for many more.

I also appreciate that they have parking available. I did the 45 min. Vedic Head Massage with Austin and it was amazing! They focus on your scalp, face/jaw, neck, shoulders, briefly the arms/hands. I noticed they also have the bars on the ceiling as well, I'm assuming if you want the masseuse to walk on your back? Anyway, the masseuse will get up on the table to really use their full body (nothing inappropriate!) but also they will communicate and ensure that they are applying the pressure that you want. Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it.
