I had this out patient procedure done at Banner Del Webb Hospital on October 8, 2019. From the volunteer desk, to the registrar and the endoscopy staff, they were all very professional and put me at ease. The Doctor who performed the procedure, Dr. Gopal Kaza was very thorough and calming. He explained the procedure before he started and asked if I had any questions or concerns. After the procedure was completed he explained his findings and as promised I received the full report within a ten day period. I highly recommend the facility and Dr. Kaza. Phillip J.

Banner does their patients AND their physicians an extreme disservice in their seemingly LOW admin staffing and lack of accessibility and efficiency. Add to that they are dealing with seniors with a large population that struggles with technology. A LIVE person answering the phone and directing accordingly will save all an extraordinary amount of time and aggravation. They could be the best quality physicians and nurses in the area but this business model fails for them, the patients and healthcare. Your "loss" of profits may seem less on the surface, however, in loss of loyal patients - you are losing.

There are much better doctors who care about their patients and their experience.
