This clinic is a joke and one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever dealt with. I went in for Botox and while the service itself was average, the injector was cold, unfriendly, and showed zero warmth or care. When you're dealing with injectables, you expect professionalism and compassion, neither of which I experienced here. But the real issue is how this place runs its business. They bribe clients with $50 discounts for every review they post, which is why most of their 5-star reviews are fake and misleading. It's a scammy way to cover up their lack of real quality and integrity. When I left an honest 3-star review about my experience, instead of accepting feedback like a professional, the owner Megan actually told me I was banned from coming back because my review wasn't positive. Let that sink in, they only want your business if you lie and write glowing reviews. That is pathetic, manipulative, and shady. If a business can't handle honest feedback and treats paying clients like this, they don't deserve anyone's trust. I was recommended to this place by another injector to Megan, she is a medical director and has a lot of experience . I felt very confident in that and the precautions she took with using nose filler . Which many injectors steer clear of because of the risk, but for me, I really needed it to correct what had been done from surgery. A revision isn't an option for me and I was grateful she was willing to help me . After two rounds of filler injected , I am so happy with the results . I have had a great experience here. My under eyes were very tired and baggy. I did a prp and was amazed at the results. It's best to do them in a series of three but the results could last up to 2 years according to research that has been done. It's a hike for me to go to N. The worst nose injection filler I have ever had in my life 20 years of experience is a joke this woman destroyed, my face, destroyed my nose, and did nothing about it to fix it told me to come back in two weeks. Try calling after no response. her filler migrated she did not even offer dissolver for her mess up. She made a mess on my face, and I'm still paying for it trying to have people remove it would not recommend at all she does not know anything about the anatomy of the face her strategy is making everything bigger for a fix doesn't care about the shape of it doesn't know about the diagram of a face i'm appalled, she calls herself, award-winning she applied so much filler in one spot repeatedly where it shouldt have even went you can imagine the mess Megan made for 20 years of experience, you would think to trust the doctor thinking they would know what's best She did not know anything what she was doing very false advertising. I wished I would've never gone to her. Worst experience of my life and I've been getting filler for a long time, my old injector retired. I showed her what I wanted she claimed she understood This was by far worse filler iv ever seen happen I never thought I end up paying someone else to remove her work repeatedly JUST TO GO BACK TO NORMAL she had build up so much it looked like botched was horrible just a terrible terrible job be ware I also see she likes to respond and contradict people. Decent work, but they charge more for filler than many good medspas in Beverly Hills or NYC, and still make you feel like you're not buying enough. I was pushed into doing twice as many areas as I wanted, and the extra areas made zero difference so it was a waste. I paid an obscene amount of money, but still felt like that wasn't enough for the owner because she kept pushing me for more.
