First of all, I was unimpressed with the location being inside of a gym. Lisa was cold and treated me indifferently. I think she may have put too much Botox in my forehead... My friends and family thought I was always angry or pissed off looking but it was the Botox. I usually do not take the time to rate Botox services unless I am blown away. Ok!!! Lisa will blow you away! I have had such a difficult time finding someone who will listen to the one request I had above my eyebrows. It is the major area I want to get injected as it controls the muscles of the forehead. Most injectors are afraid of the potential side effect which is; drooping if the eye. Yet because of this you get strange little areas that wrinkle. Lisa knows this and expertly places tiny little injections into the area. The result was amazing! I finally had no movement in the forehead. Finally the muscle above the eyebrow was managed! I love going here. I was lucky enough my best friend Introduced me to Lisa for Botox a few years ago. They're always on time, there's no pressure to spend money or try other services etc. Lisa is professional and very friendly. What I was most excited about what how professionally and cautiously they're handling the re open amongst Covid 19. They give you instructions ahead of time to wait in your car upon arrival and to call them. They have you wait outside at the club entrance, and one of the ladies comes to get you. You are required to wear a mask, and all the employees are wearing masks as well. They take your temperature from your forehead before they let you in, and there are signs on the floor to mark where to stand. They had a barrier between you and the receptionist, never more than two people away from each other at a time In the waiting room, and Lisa had a mask and goggles on. I saw as they took back pens to be sanitized after each use. I am taking the social distancing pretty seriously, I haven't gone to any restaurants yet etc. This place made me feel SO comfortable and safe. I hope more businesses are taking these kind of precautions as we navigate through a new kind of norm in our world. read more

My normal injectors were booked I called here because it was close to my home. I am not going to address the attitude I got from the scheduler - people have bad days. There was no assessment. Which I found odd. But I know skimping on units just means a less effective outcome and I was getting a touch up. So when the injector just pointed at the poster and said this is what they recommend- I said okay. 700.00. After each sites injection the injector continued to push the plunger, meaning not once but three times she sprayed Botox on my face. I'm glad my eyes were closed. I'm not glad that I paid for units that were wasted. read more

I booked an appointment for a treatment that required rubbing alcohol be put on my face which I have a topical allergy to. (I break out in tiny blisters and it's massively itchy). So I changed the procedure I was booked for to one that did not require rubbing alcohol be put on the skin. The estitician Amy who was lovely, put numbing cream on my face and i was in the room waiting for it to "work" when the busy body nurse who had been strange since I walked in, says she was calling the owner to make sure it was ok to treat me still because of my topical allergy, to which i answered "no one is using alcohol in this procedure, its not required".... she called the owner back a second time and i was asked to leave and they were uncomfortable giving me services because they hadn't seen me before. (correct, I was a new client). So with my face half numb, i said this is the equilivent of asking someone to leave a reasaurant because they have a peanut allergy when they ordered a bowl of rice. i also informed them I have had morpheus treatmemt in the past....refusing to use common sense, clearly uncommon for this wildly incompetent crew, they wiped off my numbing cream and I left. i drove straight to DHH med spa where they welcomed me, hugged me, said they felt horrible how I was treated and I spent $3k on services. Im fine. Face fine because they use witch hazel. They have a client for life. The staff (with the exception of Amy) at Ultra Smooth was tense, cold, condescending and clearly petty. Thank you, Ami, for providing me with excellent service! I had a Thermage procedure last month and Ami put in a lot of time and effort to provide me with a complete treatment. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. She focused on my areas of concern and even did the top of my upper lip! In less than one month, I have already seen significant improvement on my face... my cheeks are lifted and there is less creasing on the nasolabial folds! The Thermage treatment was very comfortable and painless on the face. However, I could not say the same for my neck as it was pretty sensitive in that area. I am going to request one of the RNs to prescribe me an Emla so I can apply it on my neck an hour before I come in next time. I also liked the choice of sunscreen that was used on my face after the procedure so I got it on their website. Now, I use it regularly without clogging my pores. I have done it all from Botox, fillers, laser and peels and when it comes to my face I wouldn't trust anyone else. I wanted to take the time and leave a review because there are to many people out there that are not licensed and possibly using fake products and putting them in your face!!....Umm no thanks T you are in good hands when you see Lisa. For example I saw her today for Botox and filler and when I said let's do more filler she could have easily sold me on another syringe but she didn't. She told me that my lips and frown lines looked great and to let it settle for 2 weeks and if at that point I want to do more I can always come back! I love how Lisa looks out for her clients in that manner because she was right, they are perfect P.S I just watched part of a Botched episode and felt the need to share how amazing Ultra Smooth Skin has been to me over the years. I had Fraxel on my hands and neck. My neck, however, developed a rash. It was a weekend and it was closed, so I went through a night of hell in pain, eagerly waiting for Monday morning when I would get help. But I was shocked to realize that Lisa was more concerned with protocols, fear or legal consequences and just her own control getting in the way of simply being human and helping someone in need. I had Fraxel there 3 times before over the years. I knew they try to sell their products. Not a problem. Every cosmetics place try to sell. But what I didn't expect, is the callous response when I needed emergency medical help. What she should have said is "come in and we'll look at the rash. I'll help you." Instead, she guilt tripped me that I haven't used Cetaphil cleanser. At this point my rash was an emergency, and realizing that I had a better chance at getting help from a granite rock, I went to see a dermatologist. He said that it was a contact dermatitis and has nothing to do with not using Cetaphil cleanser, which contains 2 types of alcohol and would have irritated the rash even more. Either way, I am glad that I received medical help some place else. read more
