Scheduling was very difficult despite multiple attempts. Calls were frequently placed on long holds or disconnected, promised callbacks never happened, and communication was inconsistent. The only appointment offered was 7:00 AM at a distant location, which was not reasonable for someone working full time. When I tried to cancel due to their failure to provide service, I was told I would owe a $199 cancellation fee in addition to the payment I had already made in December (even though the session I paid for was supposed to occur in January and no reasonable slots were offered). What a waste of time and money for such an expensive service.

I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.

As I am officially in the second half of my forties, I can face it bravely thanks to the talents of Lisa Williams. I have been seeing her for 13 years for my Botox injections and occasionally fillers. While Lisa is Black Diamond certified and is always continuing her education, it's her perfect touch in knowing just where and how much of the product to use to keep my look natural and realistic. The only difference is that my pictures now look better than they did 13 -15 years ago. I am, however, completely recognizable. It's because of Lisa that my photos from over a 15 year span look nearly the same. When I see Lisa, I give her free reign to do whatever I need done. She always explains it fully, with a beautiful delicate bedside manner that makes me feel comfortable that she is enhancing beauty that already exists. She builds up your confidence by lore than just improving appearance. Every single time that I have been in her office over 15 years has been a happy, positive experience with a professionalism that is also warm. I have remained a client of this awesome beauty med spa since it opened its doors, and cannot rave enough about Lisa, the owner, and Alison, who is my go to for all my facial miracles. I first received Botox and was very hesitant initially because of the fear of injection and wasn't sure about the bruising or side effects it would have. The owner Lisa Williams was very professional and thorough in her information that she provided. She eased my tension and the injections were virtually pain free. I then wrestled with the idea of a fraxel treatment. It was a bit invasive I admit, but the results were amazing. I've also had the Restylyne and Juvederm injections and several other types of treatments and have been extremely satisfied. I really wanted to see if there was a something I could do to reduce the lines. A friend recommended that I go see Lisa Williams for a consultation. She shared information about Botox and Juviderm. I elected to go with a baby dose of Botox to start with. She was professional, informative and did a medical screening to be sure that I was good canidate. I am not a fan of needles but it wasn't painful. I noticed an improvement with in a few days and in a week no lines! I looked refreshed. I ordered a product from Lisa's online store as I have done many times before. I paid $5 shipping for convenience purposes to save me the 60 min. round trip drive. One of the products was defective. When I called to let them know, the receptionist said she was aware that the product was defective due to a "bad batch" of sunscreen. I asked how they would rectify the problem. She consulted with Lisa and then called me back. I would need to pay additional shipping to return the defective product or make the long drive to swap my product out for the good stuff. There was no apology or offer to send me a self-addressed stamped envelope. She has lost my business and the business of several of my friends due to her utter lack of customer service. read more

I have been going to Lisa for many years now and every time I go in there I get a very warm welcome. I referred many people to her and everyone loves her! I've had many of the services she offers and was very happy with all of them. Lisa is not one to sell you more than what you need. I'm always wanting more and she says I don't need it. I was told that on several services. As far as the amount of Botox, I'm not sure what 20 units will do for anyone. I recently got Botox in my underarms and love it! Very cost affective, if you figure the cost of dress shirts and how many I have stained from sweating. The BEST part is no more wet spots! Care Credit informed Ultra Smooth Skin, in addition to some of their other service providers, that they were no longer allowing Nurse Practitioner's to run business any longer for Care Credit. A letter as well as an email was sent to all Ultra Smooth clients and our web site stated that Ultra Smooth Skin "will no longer be accepting Care Credit after a certain date". This statement ran on our site for two months. Somehow, this potential client did not see this information on our website. Good thing her friend told her so that she did not make a trip to our facility. Only a few of our clients used Care Credit and they were not upset whatsoever and continue to receive good quality care while at Ultra Smooth Skin. read more

Lisa was very thorough explaining to me the whole process since this was my first time getting any injections and she really took the time to explain what to expect afterwards. Six years ago, I began to notice signs of sun damage on my face and wanted to do something about it. I called Ultra Smooth Skin, and Alison answered all my questions, explaining the benefits of their lasers and how they allay anti-aging concerns. Great place...I go to get typical lifelong outdoor lifestyle sun damage and lines corrected using therma-frax. It's not exactly the most comfortable procedure in the world - sort of like a thousand little bee stings a second, but Alison takes super good care of me. Appointments are easy, on-time and they have a good range of after-care products. It's a little on the pricey side and the facilities are a little crampy, but if you've got the bucks and want the sun damage gone, this is the place to go and Alison is the one. 5 stars for Alison, 4 for the overall experience. :) read more

I was treated for hair removal at Ultra Smooth Skin and I am completely blown away by the results. After only three treatments on my neck under my jaw line all of my hair is gone! I used to shave everyday. I am half Italian so my hairs were very course and I used to get ingrown hairs on my neck causing red bumps. I was very skeptical about going to a spa to get this procedure done for many reasons but the staff made me feel so comfortable and I am amazed with the results. I had an appointment with Zahra Saranjam on July 8, 2026, at BabyFace Scottsdale Med Spa. I…read morereported my symptoms directly to Evolus, and a formal case was opened. At my appointment, I clearly explained multiple times how my facial muscles behave, how they've responded to neuromodulators over the past 8 years, and that under-treating or unevenly weakening the muscles causes compensatory contraction and headaches for me. considering I've never needed anywhere close to 92 units to achieve a good result, I'm concerned that the treatment I received may not have matched the dosing we discussed during my appointment. My glabellar complex and forehead were not effectively treated despite receiving a total of 92 units of Jeuveau. There is still uneven muscle activity. The right corrugator muscle appears stronger than the left. When I raise my eyebrows, there are painful horizontal forehead lines. Since the injections, I've had a noticeable bump in the center of my forehead whenever I frown, which looks like compensatory frontalis contraction. The muscles along the eyebrow are left untreated. They are wadded up and activated. When I frown, there is still a noticeable depression and a deep vertical line between my eyebrows. Not only does my glabella still look very active, but the corner of my mouth hasn't changed at all and is still being pulled downward. There is still a visible groove extending from the corner of my mouth toward my jawline. Also, I still have multiple lines around my eyes, the jelly roll under my eyes not only hasn't improved but looks even deeper than before; if one muscle is relaxed, the opposing muscle will work on its own and new wrinkles may appear. and I still have prominent bunny lines. My gummy smile hasn't improved at all, and there's no change from the lip flip either. I've experienced persistent frontal headaches since the treatment due to compensatory muscle overactivity caused by uneven neuromodulation. I can still palpably feel and voluntarily contract the procerus and corrugator muscles, as well as frontalis fibers above the brow. Following the injection, I developed asymmetrical frontalis activity after 92 units of Jeuveau! Given that I was told that I received 92 units, this degree of asymmetric muscle recruitment and lack of improvement is not a reasonable or acceptable outcome. I came to your practice expecting treatment that met the standard of care discussed during my consultation. Unfortunately, the outcome has fallen significantly short of what was represented, and I'm disappointed with the results. Given the outcome with 92 units of Jeuveau, my ongoing symptoms, I no longer have confidence in returning for additional treatment or a follow-up. I paid $938 for 92 units of Jeuveau, yet I did not receive the outcome that was represented or reasonably expected under the standard of care. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the treatment fee. If we're unable to reach this resolution, I'm fully prepared to pursue all available legal remedies to have this matter addressed appropriately.

During my cast removal , which he was not present at , his assistant explained to me how sometimes during "surgery " issues arise that is neither my fault nor the surgeons , and misleading explanations after each appointment. No accountability what so over . I was left with a perforation and a collapse . I was gaslit and treated poorly for even bringing these issues forward to him and his team . During my last consult he advised me to proceed with a revision but I clearly did not as the damage was clear and did not feel comfortable to move forward . Worse experience of my life .

Misleading and Disappointing Experience - Felt Scammed…read more My dermatologist recommended IPL treatment for sun spots--not this spa, just the treatment itself. I found Turn Back Time Day Spa and purchased an IPL session there, but when I arrived, the staff told me it wouldn't be effective because my sun spots weren't dark enough compared to my natural skin tone. They used this to upsell me a $1400 CoolPeel package (4 treatments for face, chest, and hands), claiming it was the only thing that would work. Martha was unprofessional and used scare tactics to push me into the CoolPeel. I saw very minimal results, nowhere near the dramatic before-and-after images they showed (which I now suspect were edited). They initially told me each treatment would resurface 25% of my skin, but at every follow-up, they kept saying I wouldn't see results until the final session. They also pushed an expensive cream on me during the process. Furthermore, the spa itself was cluttered --there was no real "spa" feeling at all. The environment didn't inspire trust or professionalism, especially considering the high price point of the treatments. I went back to my dermatologist after finishing the sessions, and he confirmed what I feared: I was scammed. He told me IPL would have been the right solution and that CoolPeel wasn't even appropriate for my skin type. I feel completely misled and urge others to be cautious. This spa felt more like a high-pressure sales operation than a place genuinely focused on skincare and results.

Martha is an expert in her field, and the results are amazing!!! The spa is on the smaller side and has a down-to-earth feel compared to large spas trying too hard to impress. (602)423-4212
