Only if you are remotely able to follow directions, and have an oven. I am a Cement finisher and was able to accomplish this on my own, no help from my amazingly beautiful wife. Mandarins are done and hoping that cherry tomatoes will be coming soon. Besides the fresh produce, he is one of few growers who make dried fruits and sells them in packages. When melon season comes along again, this is the first stand that I will visit in getting my fill as he has a good range of cantaloupes, honey dews, and ambrosia melons when available. You can find him at the Ferry Building on Tuesdays on the south side of the building near the market booth. On Saturdays, his stand is on the south driveway facing the water.
