Fast and efficient service! Got my package days before it was supposed to arrive. Never have had a problem with DHL.

My package has been missing sense 12/15/2023 it says it was delivered here everyone I talk to is giving me the run around and can't tell me nothing this is bad business practice when someone has paid extra for a package to be delivered and it can not be found with no way of contacting this station. Do not ship anything with them. I ordered some sneakers that needed verification, the verifier was able to do his part in 1 day. DHL took a MONTH to deliver my sneakers. Also apparently they don't deliver on weekends... if that doesn't deter you I don't know what will. read more

This is the Worst delivery service around. How are they still open? My package was suppose to be delivered a month ago. Yes, still waiting on presents that are just traveling back and forth around the world. First they 'can't' find my house when I get deliveries from everyone else daily. Then I get it shipped to my job.. they decide to deliver at 8:40. I doubt they even went. Let's see if it may finally get dropped off today. Not worth it at all companies please don't use them. I come here because of work and its the only carrier that regularly delivers to Mexico. They are good at it but why do I have a 60/40 success ratio? Mostly because they almost seem to change their policies on shipping certain items. Once I had to ship 3 battery powered navigation lights to Vera Cruz. I left the box unsealed so they can inspect. 5 minutes later I had the shipping receipt and all is well. fast forward a few months. This time it was 4 of the same lights. Different clerk. They refused to ship it because it had lithium batteries. So did the other lights form last time but different interpretation of the policy. A few months ago I sent a few quarts of a specially tinted paint used on our boats. Cant be found in Mexico. Copyright thing I guess. Anyways, no problem shipping, Fast forward to yesterday. (nice twist huh? I had to ship some two part paint / epoxy cans. They refused. Categorized as dangerous goods. I wish I kept the past shipping tickets to point out the inconsistency with the rules but it wouldn't of mattered. Them guys are just doing their job and no bitching can change their minds. They can be a serious PITA with the safety culture but it is what it is. Make sure you check ahead of time that your goods can be moved because it is way out of the way from Belle Chasse to be turned away. read more

If I could give a negative number I would. Ordered curtains off of Etsy. They were coming from Budapest, Hungary. Everything was great from the Seller. She gave tracking info so I could track the package. It was all good until it got to Kenner, Louisiana. It then said the package was on hold. Went on line, DHL's website sucks! Did the "Chat" & was told in an email received that I would have someone contact me within 24 hours. Finally found a telephone number & called. The CS said that the package had no address, which was TOTAL BS! This package went through customs a number of times. It never would have gotten to Kenner without an address, my name only on the package could NEVER get from Bucharest to the US!!!!!!! So, the CS asked again for my address, & said it would definitely be delivered on Monday. Well, Monday evening came & no package. Called DHL again, & they said they had no address. Again BS!!!! This time they said after giving it again, that it would be delivered tomorrow. Needless to say, I FINALLY got my curtains! Looking at the package, my address was on it, along with the Sellers, in case there was any issues. In reading other reviews of this pathetic company, I can pretty much guess they didn't feel like driving it over here to Mississippi, since it would be about a 100 mile round trip! Not that USPS is much better, but I have more confidence from them than I do DHL!!!!! read more

I was told my package was suppose to be delivered between 20:00-2200 it was said that delivery attempted but no response at co-signed address . I had sat outside until 10:30 which is 22:30 and nobody came . Then you have no way of getting in touch with them after a certain time m-f . It was very easy to get in and out but finding this place is next to impossible! Even the people at the terminal didn't even know how to get to it. The mapquest is incorrect and will direct you to a useless lot. The best way to get there is to follow the signs to the credit card lot and drive straight through that area until hitting a stop sign. Then the fun part comes when you have to figure out how to successfully get to the office. I followed the fedex signs until I saw their office and made a left then a right at the next stop sign then bomb! It's to your left. They don't have a number to call so forget that. And even the employee was disappointed that it was so complex and the airport staff were clueless. He suggested that you type in Southwest Cargo and it'll take you straight to DHL because it's right next door. Hope this helps not to waste anyone else's time!! read more

You'll have to go to the next block and make a right on East access Rd and at the end on your left hand side you'll see DHL. This service is unacceptable. My package has been sitting in "Shipment on hold" status for 2 days! The shipment was scheduled to be delivered YESTERDAY! I called support at 8:30AM this morning and was told the I would receive the package today. Guess what!!?? No package. I called back this evening around 6:00PM and was told by the rep that there hasn't been an update since yesterday. This service sucks! I'm literally waiting for an anniversary gift, that's tomorrow, that was scheduled to be here yesterday. The worse part is the package is literally an HOUR away from my house sitting there. Leadership should definitely be disappointed. read more

THE WORST WORST WORST WORST experience that I've ever had with a delivery service ! Delayed package delivery after I payed for 2-3 shipping from over seas !!!! Not only that but the delivery courier somehow didn't have my address ??? Disorganized company! Kenner location doesn't even answer the phone it just hangs up !
