I've been going to the same dentist since I was a teenager, now 35. It's hard to find a new place to trust and feel welcomed. But Palm Canyon had a lot of nice reviews so I took a chance. I'm glad I did, the owner Joe was a really nice and welcoming person. He personally took care of me for my first appointment. I have since been back for a full deep cleaning on my teeth and gums. The business is clean and very professional. Vanessa S. was the hygienist who took care of me. She was really easy to talk to and did a great job. I would go and say she did a bada** job! Interesting the Tahquitz dental has someone posting responses to their review all on the same day July 7th 2026 all of a sudden...damage control perhaps? even on reviews from last year, makes you wonder. Terrible!!!!! They try to upsell everything, Things that are not needed at all! It is all about $$$$$ Professionalism is non existent. I have been a patient of Dr Joseph Godinez for 15+ years he is wonderful!!!! He joined Tahquitz dental and I of course followed him there as many of his patient did. I also sent New patients to him while he was there. When he parted ways they knew exactly where he would be moving to and practicing but refused to tell any of his patients when they called to schedule appointments to see him. Instead they continued to act as if Dr Godinez was no longer practicing at all and wanted me to switch to seeing their other Dentist!!!! I heard the same from so many other patients who were trying to make appointments to see him only to be blocked and his patients be forced to see a new dentist instead of informing his patient where he had moved. Thankfully after several months I found him!!! He is still practicing here in the desert! There is plenty of patients in the valley, No need to forcibly steal another doctors long time loyal patients. GREED is a shame :-(

He had lost most of his back teeth (upper and lower) and the ones in the front that were remaining were in horrible shape. His lower front teeth were almost all gone due to years of grinding and the upper ones were breaking away one by one. We were in a desperate situation to find a solution other than completely removing his remaining teeth and putting him in complete dentures. With the care, knowledge and talent of Dr. Kim, his assistant Gina, and their lab, my father now has a gorgeous smile and fully functional teeth. Since my dad did not have enough bone mass for implants, Dr. Kim still found a way to create a PERMANENT upper and lower bridge. He also added an extra tooth on the lower set as well as on the upper set. This created an elongated surface that allows my dad to chew food better since he has NO back molar teeth. Dr. Kim, Gina, ad the lab performed a miracle! We can never thank them enough for what they have done. I've included some photos so everyone can see the smile my father now has. He truly looks and feels 20 years younger!!! His confidence is back and he is once again social. Without Pure Dental, my dad would have lost all of his teeth and I know that emotionally, it would have taken away his spirit. We are eternally grateful to have found Dr. Kim and his team.

I called the office in the late afternoon and they made time to fit me in at 9am the next morning. The front desk team and dental assistants were both friendly and helpful, and Dr. Elraheb did a thorough job explaining how the repair was going to work, and the various steps he was taking, including offering me different options for anesthetic if I was uncomfortable at any point. He takes care and knows how to keep the patient comfortable during the procedures. Never had better experience in a dental visit. Also, the best dentist I have found here ten years ago - Dr. Larry Martin. He is caring and monitors you're doing during the treatment. Very thorough and recommends only the procedures that are needed. I could go to a dentist who is covered by my insurance, but prefer to pay cash here and think it is worth it for the level of care I receive. And I'm on social security, so I watch my budget. Totally worth the cost here.
