I usually review on Google. But I had to create a Yelp! account just to help get the word out about Diamond Star Dental. Dr. Sapigao was AMAZING! I'm a horrible person and hadn't been to the dentist for over 6 years. Dr. Sapigao took pictures of the inside of my mouth. Needless to say I was "scared straight" to take better care of my mouth. Dr. Sapigao explained the pictures and X-rays in detail via T.V. screens in the exam room. By the way, these same T.V. screens can stream shows for you to watch with headphones on while your dental work is being completed. Dr. Sapigao also checked on my comfort level of the numbness several times during my deep cleaning and fillings. At one point I honestly forgot I was at a dental appointment, and thought I was in my recliner at home watching T.V. It's pretty obvious Dr. Sapigao sets the tone for his office. His dental assistant was also very nice and accommodating. While she was taking the X-rays I had to stop and take out the film. She offered to take a break and asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Every staff member did their best to make sure I was comfortable beginning with walking into the office and being greeted by the receptionist. This is my honest review.. I truly love my this dental office! The office is extremely easy to find. Easy to get to. Kid friendly. Once inside, you are greeted with a warm welcome by friendly staff. The equipment is state of the art and the dental facility is immaculately clean. The patient rooms are equipped with TVs in front of you (while sitting as you wait to be worked on), as well as TVs built into the ceiling (as you are being worked on). However that's not the best part, the best part is the amazing team of staff that this office has! And Dr. Sapigao himself is such an amazing dentist! His work and the design of the office made me appreciate the work that Dr. Sapigao has put into building a great experience for his patients. I am always fearful when it comes to visiting the dentist, even for a simple check up or cleaning, however Dr. Sapigao is very patient, very honest, very knowledgeable, and provides such a pleasant experience during your visit. I absolutely love this dental office! From the friendly front desk staff to the amazing dental team, every visit is a positive experience. She is so skilled, calm, and patient-centered. She has superb " Bedside Manner " and doesn't try to " upsell" services that are not necessarily needed. Her staff is also awesome-- Emily and Christie are extremely kind and helpful! Emily got me into the office on the very same day after I mentioned that I was in a little pain. I can't say enough about Dr. Marianna and her team of Brady and the staff. Just excellent people and awesome at their respective roles. RUN don't walk to BLISS and ask for Dr. Marianna and Brady-- guaranteed to exceed your expectations.

Was looking for new dentist in La quinta and read some good reviews. Cash prices were on par with…read moreother offices. But during my exam a female dentist, who wasn't listed on website saw me. I had a problem and instead of letting me know what was happening she just went for it. It hurt I asked for numbing. I saw the needle but never felt numb. I was in pain and then I was done. Given a prescription written by the main dentist (thought that was odd) and I was on my way. I don't think I'll be back
